Clean rooms , very good location

Quarto espaçoso, equipe bem educada e cordial. A vista é espetacular, sendo possível ver o nascer do sol (fiquei do lado da vista para a praia). A localização é muito boa também, perto de restaurantes, pé na areia e supermercados

The staff were all kind and the room was beautiful

シャワーのお湯が30秒しか出ず、真冬に冷水でシャワーを浴びることになりました。ベッドの掛け布団はタオルが一枚乗っているだけ。一層凍えました。部屋に電子レンジがあったのは助かりました。

Barhroom toilet in my room did not flush,not enough towels or blankets.staff was not attentive, table was never clean had stains ,they never did are dishes worst place i ever stayrd at!

This is my 3rd time starting at Ocean dreams and every time is exceptional service. Room was clean and beautiful ocean view. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. Definitely will be booking again with ocean dreams.

Lo que requieren cambiar y mejorar son algunos detalles de las habitaciones, en la parte de mantenimiento, la regadera era muy mala, de extremada baja calidad que salia agua para todos lados menos hacia uno, y esos son descuiodos muy grandes por ahorrar unos cuantos pesos se lleva una muy mala imagen, de lo de mas la verdad esta muy bien, sin problemas.

La habitación tenía muchas cucarachas

The room was clean, and the room service was fast! The AC worked great as well. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and will be back!

La chambre est tres spacieuse avec balcon vue sur océan. Les equipements de l'hotel sont tres bons avec 2 piscine et plage aménagée.

L’état des chambres restent le point faible de l’établissement Sinon ras sur le reste

The check in process was poor front desk workers rude. Once I checked in, went up to the room. Toilet seat broke, went back down to the recession desk to inform them that the toilet seat was broke. The guy say OK we’ll take care of it. They never came to fix it. Check out process poorly rude employee it was just a terrible experience. They never told me that you had to wait for the housekeeper to go upstairs to check the room before you can leave. It was just crazy. I would never stay there again and the pictures on the Internet looks good but once you see it in person its not even 2 star,

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones un poco deterioradas en relación a las fotografías, llaves de agua oxidadas, un baño sin agua, sin embargo el personal es muy amable y atento

The room and cleanliness of the room was good. A nightstand was missing where it was needed. We had to use a chair from the balcony to set our phones on. Extra towels are not given. I'm sorry that I like to take extra showers and I don't want to dry myself with a wet towel. I feel like if the room is not an upgrade you are left to fend for yourself. Example one, I needed a microwave in the morning. I went to the lobbby to ask for one, they sent me to the restaurant. The restaurant didn't have a microwave, I just needed to heat up my breakfast. Because you guys don't have free breakfast and don't have a microwave in my room. Another example, when we were hanging out by the pool My husband ordered beers from a server. After 10 minutes of Nothing, my husband went to the bar to ask for beers. They told him that they didn't sell beers for us to take to the pool. Funny! yet 5 minutes later the server guy shows up with the beers. You need female lobby staff members. All guys is intimidating especially for single women staying there. The guy that gave me the room key announced my room number OUTLOUD twice. I can read the paper ypu wrote it on. That is a safety violation.

Todo en general estuvo de maravilla, recomendable y volver a repetir en las siguientes vacaciones!
