The room is clean, but needs some work: -The shower head was rusty and splashing everywhere. We talked to the front desk and they -got it replaced though. -There's mold in the bathroom ceiling because of the splashing -The bathroom vent doesn't work -The bedside lamp was very dusty -The curtains were somewhat dirty That said, the bedsheets and towels looked clean. We didn't use the kitchen. Pros: -Beach access and facilities. The beans bags can be a little annoying so adjust but work fine. For some reason they closed down at around 5 pm, 1.5 hours before sunset -Infinity pools with views of the beach -Beach view from the room, though the lagoon view was also pretty nice -Location: nightlife is walkable. Bus station is right in front of the building and takes you to downtown.

Everything was great, the only complaint was the shower. Water didn’t get hot and the pressure was terrible, the water also pooled really bad.

Puntos a favor: muchas opciones serca para comer y para divertirte por la noche , bonitas albercas y limpias, tiene acceso a la playa y camastros, te proporcionan toallas hay servicio de comida y bebida buenos Puntos en contra: no puedes subir el A/C a más de 24 porque el piso y paredes se humedecen, el agua de la regadera no dura más de 5 min caliente así que te tienes que bañar rapidísimo y ni hablar si vas con familia pues a los demás ya les toca agua fría, la alberca solo está abierta hasta las 10 pm, yo pedí una habitación con vista al mar y me dieron una habitación con vista PARCIAL al mar, las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas

Vi hade en fantastisk utsikt över den vackra stranden, havet och solnedgången. Själva hotellet kändes något slitet, men det var ändå rent och fräscht, och framför allt otroligt prisvärt. Läget gjorde också upplevelsen ännu bättre: nära affärer, shopping, barer och restauranger. Vi hade allt vi behövde inom kort avstånd. Sammanfattningsvis är vi väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Ett hotell med perfekt läge och bra pris – ett riktigt bra val för den som vill njuta av Cancún utan att betala överpris.

Limpieza

The Good: Great location - within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Security stationed next door made the area feel very safe. Water pressure and hot water in the shower were consistent, and the views were enjoyable. The AC worked well, our rooms were clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining them and providing fresh towels daily. The Bad: Some areas of the pool had damaged tiles that were uncomfortable—and at times painful—to step on. The showers were dated and also had cracked or damaged tiles. Additionally, the room doors throughout the hotel slammed loudly due to the lack of soft-close mechanisms. This resulted in constant door slamming noises day and night, and my family—on two different floors—experienced interrupted sleep from guests simply entering and exiting their rooms. I notified the hotel a month in advance through Expedia messenger that I needed to add an extra guest and was told there would be no additional fee. Despite this, there was no note on my reservation at check-in, and I was charged the extra cost anyway, even after showing the messages from their staff. This was disappointing and reflects poor communication and customer service. Be honest about fees from the beginning. I had no problem paying for an extra cost since this is the norm for many hotels. I will not be returning to Ocean Dream again for their lack of transparency.

El tamañao de la habitaciòn, el servicio de los empleados, el acceso a la playa, las duchas disponibles para ingresar al hotel, el fàcil acceso a comercios.
