No me gustó el baño le faltaba una puerta ala regadera y se salía el agua de la inodoro y siempre estuvo mojado, y olia mal

I encountered disturbances while I was in a Zoom meeting. Staff entered even though I had Do Not Disturb on my door and interrupted my meeting. So much noise in adjacent room due to major repairs that left me without peace and quiet. I had to request a different room. The “Garden View” is overlooking unsightly worn down equipment and trash, toilet didn’t flush, transferred to another room upon request, and maintenance programmed just one channel. There was no smartTV apps in the replacement room. There is poor communication among staff. Jose who works at the front desk was kind and tried to help me. I was instructed to use the same two beach towels throughout my stay or I would be charged. When I brought up issues, Guru was rude and didn’t take responsibility. After your first packet of coffee, you are charged $5 USD each time. It was good that 7-Eleven was nearby. I requested a refund but Expedia left it up to the hotel, and they declined. I have always used Expedia for my travel needs but they need to assess businesses more carefully. I am looking forward to returning to resorts in Cancun that I’ve visited in the past such as Hyatt Ziva and/or Club Med, as Ocean Dream needs to develop its professionalism.

The property is nice with the pool right in front of the ocean. Easy access to the beach is great, good location in terms of getting to Coco Bongo, restaurants, flee market and Selecta. Room was standard even though we had the Deluxe Room. The TV did not work, there was no hot water for the whole stay, so showering in cold water everyday was horrible. Our coffee maker did not work and after requesting another bottle of water because it was wasted on the coffee we tried to make we were told at reception “no they would not provide us with another water bottle” No face cloths at all in the bathrooms as they don’t have any and the hot tub that is advertised that they have does not work. Very disappointing. Some staff were attentive but others were not helpful at all and the cleaning lady for the reception area bathroom was very unfriendly.

Lo que me pareció bueno es que está cerca de muchos restaurantes, el hotel estaba limpio, la alberca me encantó, pero lo que no me gustó es que tenías que caminar bastante para tomar el elevador

Regreso a ese hotel, cerca de el centro de convenciones, cerca de las plazas y restaurantes emblemáticos de la zona, tiene playa aunque la verdad no fue fácil entrar porque había mucho sargazo, pero en general me gusto, es un hotel mediano no tan lleno de gente, estuvimos muy tranquilos durante nuestra estancia.

En general el hotel estaba bien, el penthouse que nos dieron estaba muy amplio. El hotel tiene buena ubicación para los restaurantes y bares.

Puntos que le doy y que yo percibí como bueno: -Ubicación Excelente casi a un lado de toda la zona de antros y restaurantes. También tiendas como Seven Eleven o Farmacias para comprar articulos necesarios. En caso de ir con poco presupuesto cerca está Chedraui donde podrás hacer una mini despensa. - El Lugar está muy limpio y bonito, habitaciones amplias y vistas hermosas al mar. - Cuenta con su propio agente para tours que está en el Lobby y son super amables, además de transporte al aeropuerto. -Dos albercas grandes con una vista hermosa al mar. Cosas que no me parecieron muy buenas: -El restaurante no tiene nada de variedad, y precios un poco altos a comparación de muchos restaurantes que están cerca. Creo no vi a nadie comer ahí. -El bar también me pareció un poco alto el precio ya que las bebidas son muy pequeñas. En fin lo recomiendo mucho, por su calidad y su precio.

Habitación constantemente la limpiaban y buen personal

Solo un ascensor funcionaba por lo que debimos utilizar las escaleras toda la estadía, desde un cuarto piso. Sin servicio alguno, no te dan hielo ni te renuevan las toallas para la piscina cuando se ensucian. Las habitaciones sin mantenimiento, el AC se rompió y demoraron dos horas en cambiarnos de habitación. Enviaron a un pobre señor de mantenimiento que no tenia idea de que hacer. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Everything was as described in the pictures and clean property. Walking distance to a lot of places. Only complaint is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Was pleased with everything else.

Limpieza

They wouldn’t allow me to leave. I was checking out, and my dad had another bracelet for the room but he was down the road. They kept me locked in the property behind a gate, and said I couldn’t leave until my dad brought the bracelet back. My dad was going to bring it back, but they forced me to stay there until he came back. The staff were rude and putting their hands in my moms face and being very dismissive. The AC also didn’t work in my room, so I slept all sweaty. It was a crap hotel.

Esa ocasión fue muy mala la experiencia La habitación el minisplit casi cayéndose, sucio estuvo tirando agua y fueron a darle soporte La limpieza solo tendían las camas no limpiaban el piso ni rellenaban los jabones La caja fuerte no funcionaba El joven de recepción cobró 800 impuestos cuando eran $417 le hicimos la aclaración y accedió hacernos la devolución (diciendo si ustedes dicen esta bien) no firmamos nada ni dio comprobante de pago del impuesto ni nada cuando tienen una hoja donde realizan el cobro y firmas muy mala experiencia 😞
