We stayed during weekdays, so it's not as busy as usual. The lobby is the grandest of all starred hotels in Batu. They just renovated the main restaurant area. Really enjoyed our stay. Great service.

I once stayed at the Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya Hotel, which is strategically located right in front of Tunjungan Plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities and friendly service. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the city views from the rooftop pool made the stay even more memorable.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location.
Really enjoyed the stay at Dailoog. The hotel is sleek and modern, and the view from the room was amazing (looking across the strait to Bali).
The pool area was great for chilling out with cold beer late in the afternoon.
Meals were very good.

This hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness, not just in terms of the environment and facilities, but also in terms of the cleanliness of its guests (ethics and morals). I'm sure wives and husbands won't worry if their partners stay here alone, as ethical and moral values are upheld. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant, especially the GKB duck, is delicious. The hotel's atmosphere is calm and comfortable, like an oasis in the heat of Gresik. The facilities are also excellent.

My first time staying here, my first impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The location is also strategic, right inside Juanda Airport, so you don't have to worry about missing an early morning flight. This is my number 1 favorite hotel in Surabaya. The location is perfect, the room really suits me, not too big since I always stay there for my business trip, but it has a nice touch of room that provides me a comfort feeling. The breakfast is always great, not over in terms of variation, but it has everything you want from a breakfast buffet. I already recommend this hotel to many of my colleagues and definitely will come back there soon on my next biz trip.

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
