Staying at Batu Wonderland was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained.
I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring.
The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay.
Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too.
Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and already it's become my favorite hotel in Surabaya. The room is not too big nor too small, the view is nice, and the price is very cheap. I like the vibe of the surrounding areas too. There is a lot of eateries to choose from and the traffic isn't as heavy since the place is inside a housing area. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I need to stay in Surabaya.

The bed is comfortable with two pillows per mattress (I ordered a twin bed), the hotel area and room smell good, the hot water is running, there is a refrigerator, there is a work desk, the AC is cold, the staff are friendly and very helpful, not stingy with soap and shampoo... I once stayed at the Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya Hotel, which is strategically located right in front of Tunjungan Plaza. Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
