We stayed for 2 nights, the location is strategic, easy to find because it is on the main road, we can take a walk to malls across the hotel (Pakuwon & The Park), there is a famous pizza dining place in the hotel area too, the room is clean, the hall is clean, the toilet is clean, comfortable to sleep here, will surely come back here again. I'd highly recommend this hotel for those who are going to travel around Solo. It is located in the center of the city and very close to pretty much everything nice and worth trying such as culinary, shopping, and sight seeing. Across the hotel, there is a Batik Outlet, Danar Hadi. They sell beautiful Batik clothes ranging from very cheap ones to very expensive ones. The hotel is near to a church as well and also near to Malls. While I was there, it seems every destination is accessible and walkable. The room is huge and very clean! The bathroom is clean, the services were great. For the breakfast, I say it's pretty okay. they make great omelettes, there are cereals, bubur ayam (which sadly I think they didn't cook it as I preferred when I stayed at the time), rice with various side dishes, noodles, bread station, various juices coffee and tea, and putu (javanese traditional snack). I didn't try their in-hotel food but it looks delicious and the price were very cheap for hotel food. I'd give an overall score of 8.5/10 for my stay at Amarelo Hotel. Totally would stay here again!

Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!
