Villas in Malang

The staff were very friendly, the food was nice although there weren't many varieties. The pool was quite big and clean. Unfortunately, we got room that 's not soundproof and near the road. We hardly slept because the sound of the vehicles were very loud.

The staff they're great! My wife ordered a dinner and drinks, but only came food. So they apologize and gave 2 drinks free. Wow! Cleanliness is good, but not great because the drain floor is not fast. Like we have to wait few minutes until the water gone. Breakfast was. Okay. It 's seem that menu variation isn't that much, bu the taste is 4 out of 5. Definitely will be back here soon. Thanks!

I booked 3 rooms for the holiday in which we stayed from 27-29 June. On the day of our check-in we got checked in quite late which was around 4 something in the afternoon. The next day my kids went to swim in which they came back and told me they stopped swimming because they saw a kid peed into the swimming pool 🫣 and the staff who saw it just kept quiet. They should've put a “don't pee in the swimming pool sign”. And when my kids came back they got rashes from the water which indicated it was pretty dirty. Food for breakfast was very average, they don't understand what omelette means I think. The toilet at the check-in day at the lobby was not very clean, they are probably understaffed? The staffs were friendly and polite but the favolities and cleanliness need to be upgraded. All in all for the price of a 5star hotel, it 's quite disappointing.

The facilities, the clealiness, the housekeepers are good. The bellboys are unfriendly. The were not aware when the guests are coming. It was not only me, but also other guests, the bellboys were only watching us unloaded things from our cars. They need to improve the hospitality.

Value for money, more attraction with amazing experience, tasty food, and spacious room.
