The itinerary is not fixed and may change due to on-site conditions (traffic, weather) without disrupting the overall agenda.

We accept full payment or 30% in advance as a deposit, with full payment due on the first day of the tour at the latest.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest, rescheduling is sometimes possible if confirmed by the vendor (Hotel, Transport, Consumption, etc.).

If you are not ready for pick-up at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you and your booking will be considered forfeited. You may request to reschedule based on the tour operator's approval and availability on your chosen date.

Transportation may change. The tour operator will replace it with a similar service/item based on availability, type, and standards stated in the itinerary.
