Your payment is confirmed when you receive your e-ticket in your email.
If you have not received the e-ticket within 60 minutes after completing your payment, please upload your payment proof by following these steps:
1. Go to your account on the Traveloka homepage on the top right hand corner and click Purchase List.
2. Select the booking that you have just paid for and click Continue to Payment. Scroll down to Completed Your Payment? and click I Have Completed Payment.
3. Click Upload Payment Proof. Select the file you want to upload, and click Open. You will be able to see the status of your payment in My Booking.
Your payment should be verified in approximately 15 minutes after you have uploaded your payment proof. If you paid by credit card, please make sure you have entered the correct one-time password (OTP). If you paid by bank transfer, please make sure you have entered the correct account number and amount.

If your payment is still not verified 60 minutes after you have uploaded your payment proof, you paid the wrong amount, or you made the payment after the time limit expires, please check your email, including the spam folder. If you encounter further issues, please Contact Us.
