The Refund Balance feature can only be accessed for Apps version 3.52 and above. For Web & Mobile Web, it has been available since November 14, 2025.
First, make sure your Refund Balance is available, then:
- Select the product you want to book (e.g. flight tickets, hotels, travel activities, or others).
- After selecting and filling in the booking details, proceed to the "Payment" page.
- In the "Payment Method" section, if your booking is eligible to use your “Refund Balance” the toggle of “Refund Balance” will be automatically activated
- If your “Refund Balance” can not fully cover your booking amount, you can also combine it with another payment method.
- Click "Pay", then enter your Traveloka PIN.
- The system will automatically deduct your Refund Balance according to the amount to be paid.
You can also utilise your coupons and/or vouchers according to the terms and conditions applied for the coupons and/or vouchers.
