Was disappointed this time as we had a booking for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids woke up on the morning had to show and get to an appointment and there was only 2 towels and 2 face washer cloths they have that liquid soap so you need a washer cloth to lather up the soap. Went to report it at the front desk only it was busy and we had to get to an appointment. When we returned that evening there again was only 2 towels, 2 washed cloths and 2 glasses, 2 tea cups. It's like the room was set up for only 2 people. The hotel also had one lift out of order like last time we were there... other guests also stated that it was near impossible to get an elevator sometimes as they are always full going up and down. Advised the front desk of having to share towels with our kids. Instead of a sorry the guy just smirked and said fine how many towels do you want and went to get some and handed them to me... There you go he said, just let us know if you need more. His time was condescending. The bathroom also has a huge step up to get in and the only power point is so far from the mirror and vanity unit....looks like who ever remodelled the bathroom had no idea what they are doing. I've worked as project manager refurbishing hotels like the Sydney Hilton and never seen work this shonky. The room we stayed in last time was at the front on top floor and better and cheaper than this time. We are booked for September and I may have to book July as well but are worried about getting this bad room.

Clean rooms Good staff Rooms a little outdated

Good cheap hotel that is close to all the action. The staff were amazing - very friendly and accomodating, especially Hassan. He got our large group's 7x rooms che cked in quick at 12pm, when we arrived tired from early morning traveling. He was also very flexible with our 11am checkout, which spilled over closer to 12pm for some of our tired guests who worked late into thje evening the njight prior.

Lovely helpful staff, Comfortable bed, clean room. Noisy aircon with no control to change temp and air intake in the ceiling was filthy. Hot water was lukewarm warm! Lukewarm shower in chilly Adelaide wasn’t good!

The elevator was broken which took a bit longer for everyone to get to rooms etc, also the carpark is really tight! but overall I have always had an amazing stay here!

Basic roomsz dated, clean, friendly staff

Very old, room was dark and smelt bad. First room was very noisy, did not sleep. Staff were very helpful and moved to a slightly better room. Ok, for a one night stay but not recommended for business or any length of time.

clean room and comfortable bed. checkin was quick and easy, staff friendly and accommodating. good underground secure parking. although I did have an issue with the window curtain falling off its holding track, other than that it was a good stay and I will be returning to stay again in the future.

Convenient Location

Easy check in and out , walking distance to restaurants and hotels and shopping and train and tram across the road. Friendly staff beautiful clean room.

Old and dated. Faded carpets and the continental breakfast was not worth it. The only good thing is it was close to the train and Rundle Mall

Third time I have stayed hete. Good location. Noisy room on 5th floor with lift going up and down but was a budget price so okay.

They had enough room to store a small adult bicycle which made my stay easier!

Pity the lift was out of order.

No parking used. The continental breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. The lady working on the day was delightful. Very pleasant on my arrival and farewell. She was constantly checking the breakfast items on offer and replenishing when needed. Great value for money if you are just wanting a light breakfast.

Location and staff excellent. Hotel tired but really enjoyed our stay. Handy to everything.

Great location in Adelaide for transport and restaurants

Room was clean but the shower wasn’t working. Reported it to the desk and heard the phone call for it to be fixed but it wasn’t so unable to have a shower next morning.
