I stayed with my family here for a week to join the Sydney Marathon 2025. The room is huge with two big single beds, and it is clean. The staff are nice and helpful. I love the food! Absolutely will be back again.

Room was clean, no interaction with staff as self checked in and out, shower was odd design/ water went out all over bathroom floor but not end of the world. Walls are super thin could hear water running and people moving about at 2am

Have stayed at the Mercure many times love the location next to central station close to restaurants and shopping centres, staff always helpful and friendly rooms always , beds comfortable love the rain shower,breakfast lots of choices staff at breakfast lovely and nothing is a problem so helpful would recommend to family and friends to stay here
