I stayed with my family here for a week to join the Sydney Marathon 2025. The room is huge with two big single beds, and it is clean. The staff are nice and helpful. I love the food! Absolutely will be back again.

We got there early and couldn’t check in so they let us store our bags and then put them In the room for us when it was ready which was so wonderful, the check in process was easy and friendly and the room was so nice. Highly impressed and will stay there again

Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff.Great location next to central station, perfect for a short break by train.Walkable to most things.

I was very disappointed in one thing - They advertised a pillow menu, so the family saved car space and didn't bring pillows from home, thinking I would find a pillow to suit. I called #7 reception as mentioned to 'order' pillows for the family, no answer. We did this 3 times, and went down to reception twice - both times there was no one around - and this was between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We all woke up with sore necks and was very disappointed.

Central location. Transport links, train, bus and light rail all on doorstep. 10 minute light rail trip to Circular Quay for Sydney harbour ferry links. Go to Sydney fish markets, a must see via light rail. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, great facilities, highly recommend.
