Our apartment had such a comfortable bed.
Other than that it was extremely disappointing. We booked a 4 star apartment that certainly wasn’t 4 Star. It was very worn, dirty and neglected.
All the door, window, wardrobe and shower tracks were filthy. The balcony furniture was weather beaten and old.
So much more we could say.
No comparison to other 4 star apartments we have stayed in.

Quite rude type receptionist , toilet was too small where you sit on seat you always hit the side wall. The only thing good was location. One one tiny little soap and shower get for two people. If you don’t clean your cups of glasses you will be charged $50. Awful. Ripoff

All the staff were lovely. The room was amazing with some ocean views, also very clean. Walking distance to shops, and plenty choice of restaurants, and of course the beach.
Little noisy at night from the restaurants, but that is what to expect staying in the middle of Broadbeach. My granddaughter and I loved our stay.

Brilliant location but terrible customer service. It’s an aging hotel and in need of repairs. I was charged an extra $40 a night for a child under 5 years old. When I asked why, the explanation was for extra linen and towel. We received two sheets and an extra towel.
