Very quiet and very clean. Comfortable

Clean room and very handy near the airport. Still quite a walk to Terminal 3 and thought they may have a walkway from the parking near P1 completed where you could walk across without getting wet when it pouring like it does in Queensland

It will be good to have a Bidet fix in the toilet. Fortunately, we were not be able to book the Hotel Bus A$8/pax for 4 to International airport on our requested time online. Happened to speak with the front desk and they could help us booked a Van for A$30! Could accommodate 5 pax and 5 Big luggages, that is even more cost effective and convenient.

Lovely rooms. Stayed here before and the room was great.

house keeping staff were wonderful. they immediately provided us with an additional cot - no extra charge.

Hotel was fine, some of the amenities are starting to show wear but are in good condition. Only issue we had (staying a friday night) was finding food. Both reasturants were full and there was a lack of ubereats drivers available on said evening.

Stayed here for a quick overnight before an early flight, and most things were genuinely fantastic. The hotel itself feels modern and comfortable—rooms are spacious, quiet (despite being right near the airport), and well-equipped. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to the domestic terminal. Parking starts free for the first hour, which is handy for quick drop-offs or pick-ups, but after that it gets quite expensive (around $40/night from what I’ve seen elsewhere). The shuttle bus to the terminals was spot-on—easy to book via QR code, ran on time, and only $8 per person. No major complaints there. The real letdown was the dining. They have a strict no-sandals policy in the main dining area (even if they’re dressy ones), which felt a bit over-the-top for an airport hotel after a long day of travel. Ended up eating at the bar instead. Ordered the Caesar salad, and it was hands-down the worst I’ve ever had—the bacon and chicken were dry, chewy, and tasted artificial/fake. Really disappointing for a place that positions itself as upscale. On the brighter side, the plane burger and fries were just fine—nothing special, but edible and hit the spot when I needed something simple. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for proximity and comfort, but the food experience (at least at the bar) dragged it down. I’d probably stay again for the convenience, but I’d skip the bar food next time or try the main restaurant if dressed appropriately.

great place to stay next to the airport for an early flight

Room was clean. staff were amazing. Did not visit the Gym or the outdoor pool. Did go to the Apron restaurant and the food was great. Obviously ease to either the international and domestic terminals is key.

Perfect location - potentially overpriced, stayed here to avoid travel cost in and out of town, noting the increased room rate and overpriced dining and drinks probably cost neutral with a lesser choice of dining entertainment

Very clean hotel, surprisingly SO quiet as well. It was a very restful nights sleep between flights. Didn’t get to use any of the other facilities. Had to go next door for dinner due to late flight and restaurant being closed, ended up just getting room service which was okay. Quiet, clean, refreshed ✅✅✅

I stayed for one night while transiting through Brisbane airport. The hotel was easy to get to, a very convenient location and there’s a link on your check-in information to a YouTube video showing the walk from the domestic terminal which was extremely helpful. Check in is now implementing self service machines. Disappointing given the hotel standard and cost for the rooms. I expect service, not a diy check in. I booked a standard room which was very spacious, an area for your suitcase is provided as well as a couch, small table and a desk. The bathroom was again very spacious, all the basics are provided including a hairdryer, hand wash, moisturiser, shampoo and a range of little extra helpful kits. Overall, cleanliness was great. Unfortunately I found a lone hair in the bed, however everything else was perfect. Great blackout curtains, soundproofing and aircon. There’s also a fridge with water and milk. The gym is on the basement level, small but equipped with a good selection including cardio and weight machines to cover the essentials. Free weights could be better, only up to 7kg and a roller would be an easy, welcome addition. Towels and water are provided. Airport transfers finish quite early in the day.
