Room was tiny and dirty. The receptionist was unwelcoming and the door into the room let so much light into the room and wasn’t soundproofed so heard every single noise in the corridor outside.

The shower flooded and wouldn’t drain, it took 45 minutes for someone to come and take a photo, tell us it would be fixed and then nothing happened. No follow up, no apology, no way to take a shower.

Customer service was not good this stay, not sure if new staff but we’re not interested in helping us at all. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by checking in. We were not given information about breakfast or any other information. Have stayed many times before with great service Unfortunately this has turned us off.

The location and the staff at the reception is great, but the room is quite filthy and very dusty (doesn’t feel like they used the vacuum at all!), refrigerator was broken and dirty inside, booked a “Yarra view room” but barely can see the river itself due to the trees - scam? Not the most pleasant stay, not recommended
