I got my room on 11 AM without any early check in charge. The room was great, spacious. Walking to Central station is around 3 minutes or less sometimes. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to the Central train station and light rail making for easy exploration of Sydney. The breakfast buffet was splendid with a wide variety of foods. The room was large. The bed was a little softer than my liking, but didn't interfere with a great night of rest.

The location is good, property itself is reasonable and gym is decent. Condition of the room isn't amazing - shoddy patch up work on the bathroom door, toilet seat falling off its hinges, some pink mould around the bath tiles.

Location was great for me. Liked the option of not needing room service every day. As a solo traveler my didn't need cleaning every day. Breakfast buffet was very good. The lack of elevators was frustrating. Would have liked the option of making tea/coffee in my room. Overall I would stay again.

It was comfortable and clean with sufficient amenities. One of the best things was the convenient location; the light rail and train station were just a 5 min walk away. The added Expedia VIP bonus breakfast buffet had great options too.
