Great hotel centrally located to public transport, shops and the sights of Sydney

Expected a little more service considering we paid $3,700 for 4 nights. On arrival, the concierge just pointed me, my (obviously) 8 month pregnant wife and two year old the way to the lift to reception. Didn’t offer to take any luggage so we schlepped two suitcases, hand luggage and a pram to reception by ourselves. On check in we weren’t given access to the lounge (which was included in our booking), or even told about any of the dining options. I had to ask about breakfast. In room dining of two pizzas were both undercooked and not fresh.

Good place to stay, great location. You will be waiting 5+ minutes for the elevator no matter what though and no stairwell access to use instead of elevator. Staff were friendly except during check in the lady disappeared for 30 mins while other people got their rooms. Was told 3pm check in guarantee which was not the case

Clean nice fit out and good staff

The lifts were malfunctioning for most of our visit which was most irritating and time wasting. The coffee machine in the breakfast area makes dreadful coffee.

Wonderful experience as always

The bed was hard and lumpy. A water pipe burst in stairwell after Midnight and requiring evacuation of our floor!

Great stay. Only complaint was the lifts were insufficient - often had to wait 10 mins.

Room was good, amenities as well. The hotel is in renovation like their restaurant and even there’s a que to do checkin may be they can add few more resources to their front desk to expedite checkin and reduce waiting time for guest.

Our room was large, clean and the bathroom was nice with good shower pressure. Staff were lovely. The only downside was the lifts. As in many reviews the lines for the lifts were long and quite frustrating. We were on the 11th floor so I would have been happy using the stairs. I went into the stairwell and then couldn’t get out as all the doors are locked. Common sense is if the lifts are suboptimal open the stairwell for those that are able and happy to use.

Checking in process were fast-and easy. staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Nice clean rooms. Very good service with friendly staff. Will definitely stay with Swissotel again next time I'm in Sydney! 10/10 highly recommend 👌
