The reasons why I keep staying in YEHS Sydney Harbour Suites on Sussex st is, it feels like a home & the staffs are very warm & very helpful. Hanny the manager, Mey, Mark & all staffs in the reception are amazing, great location & clean. Thank you soo much ❤️

Great location, it is between Darling Harbour and Townhall train station, both just about 5 minutes walk away. I love that the toilet includes a Japanese style bidet toilet seat, so that is refreshing and important for personal hygiene! As the hotel is near Town Hall, there are a lot of eateries nearby and you can also walk for less than 10 minutes to Macdonalds and KFC that are operating 24 hours! Many great food are located in Chinatown in which you can walk just about 10 minutes! I want to share as well that the staff there were friendly!

Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again.

Decent hotel. Not exactly a premium room, it was quite dated and not super clean, but did the job. We needed a washer / dryer. One thing to note, they had a gas stove, and it seemed possible that there may have been a small leak since we could smell it in the room but never turned it on. We reported this to the front desk. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Air conditioning control was beside the sofa. The only way to reach it was by standing on the sofa! The suitcase rack was BEHIND the TV, so it was useless! The toilet button was loose The finishes in the room were old and dirty The air con was making a rattling noise. The wifi signal for the TV was weak so it was not possible to watch TV Do you want me to go on? Never again

So the hotel was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our room was average. The one tv would not load channels and work. And the bathroom, well the bathroom was terrible. Black mold everywhere. In the grout all under the sink. The bathroom smelled dirty musty and like mold. Somehow somebody doesn't check theses rooms for mold. It's pretty obvious with white tile. Our room needed a major overhaul to get the mold out.
