Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

Hot water and air conditioning didn’t work and telling the front to be told sorry no technician on the weekend without any problem solving is lazy. Staff didn’t try to interact any time we left or came back and there wasn’t even enough towels in the room for the people booked, was told someone would bring them and 6 hours later had to go get ourselves. Lazy staff need some customer centric training

Warm front desk staff as well as restaurant and bar staff! Great dining and drinking experiences within the hotel. Amazing location for national and international travels right next to district trains to other cities (Gent and Brugge) the Eurostar, as well as venturing into the city even by foot, less than 30 minutes walking to reach the centre. Local market on Sunday's just outside (not anything to make time to see (stall foods and hygiene products). My stay was quiet and unproblematic, every European city has good and bad areas, at night I would advise not going out alone if not street-savvy. The rooms are designed and furnished modern with great views of the city. I booked a twin room and received a double instead which was not ideal, sharing with my friend. We chose not to change it due to only staying for 2 nights/ staying in two different rooms for only 2 days would have caused more hassle. Some areas of the room were also not serviced great, cleaning could be improved, the cups in the bathroom were stained, we had no shower gel and had to request this, a new bottle was just left on the side, and some of the carpet had not been hoovered. Unsure whether this is a fault of the hotel or Expedia but the hotel was advertised as a spa, this was the only reason we booked. Unfortunately there is no spa. The gym is tiny, it would comfortably fit 2-3 people with limited equipment and there is a sauna that would fit 4-5 people comfortably.

It was perfect.

The location was 10 out of 10. Right above the Midi Railway station. You can come from anywhere in Europe and walk into the Hotel. Was busy fro uber to pick up or drop off front of hotel as the road was too b busy. The room was very clean and tidy. The sun was awesome! Even though the front desk mentioned sauna was open 24 hours, it is not true.

Hotel located in station, easy to travel around by public transport. Hotel staffs are helpful and hard working to keep things in order. Breakfast is very good, free mini bar in the room and top up everyday is a bonus. Area outside hotel is not too safe, especially at night.

The room was comfortable, yet the first night we had no air conditioning and it was very warm. They fixed it the second day. The hanging lamp had a lot chunks of dust on it. That was the only thing not cleaned. The area is next to a train station and was as expected if you ever stayed next to one before. It is in the train station for the Eurostar, so it is convenient.

Great stay in a great city.

Good room with a view. Fully sound proof. No noise of trains. House keeping did not clean the room the second day. They messed up the reservation, I lost fob access the second day. I booked through Expedia for two nights. They called me three times to pay the city tax, even though they had a holding deposit. Being a busy hotel, the management is not in sync with the events. This could be due to poor system in place. Being just above the station it helps if your are staying for a couple of nights. A bit edgy around the hotel and station

Had an amazing stay here, beautiful room, wonderful staff and amenities. The bar staff, especially Romain were incredible and made us tailored cocktails, super cool and very delicious! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The hotel have only two settings on AC that if it is winter time, the room is on heater and summer time on AC. We arrived during fall and complained about the AC and no one explained to us although we called maintenance service and told them that the room was more than warm for us. We couldn't even open the windows since we were on the 8th floor. It was bad experience on this hotel.
