Had an excellent experience and staff made it very pleasant, very attentive and kind. I never felt I was approaching a robot in the reception area, but a warm smile and assisted us from booking tours and food suggestion and near by areas to visit and very good tips, I would love to stay at Irwin’s again in the future

This is an older hotel, very basic and affordable. Checkin was good no issues. Room was good for the price and no real issues other than the soap/conditioner dispenser was almost empty. The only thing that I took issue with was how faded and dirty the hallway carpets are, this could leave a bad impression on the overall hotel. Still with everything I would choose to stay here again for the same price point.

Unfortunately, the room advertised on line was totally different than the one we stayed in. A much lower standard. It’s actually embarrassing that you are renting these rooms to international travellers, who expect the Cdn experience. 😔

The room was unclean with stained carpets and, most alarmingly, blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was tiny and the view was a dismal parking lot. Cannot recommend due to the basic lack of hygiene.
