The room was clean, the staff very helpful, kind, approachable and friendly. The Hotel is a low budget hotel and worth every penny. There are lots of different shops near by and a pub at the end of the street. Very close to Victoria tube station so easy access for other tube lines. Location of hotel allows nice stroll to Buckingham palace and st James park, even down to the river Thames. The hotel is close to a good few main attractions.

The Single Basic Room with Shared Bathroom leaves much to be desired due to a complete lack of TLC and maintenance. There was an odour of humidity in the room because of poor ventilation. Even though there are no windows, little has been done to make it more appealing for guests staying there. It is very bare-bones and only somewhat clean. The shared bathroom is very minimal, with no place to hang towels or change of clothes. The hotel is well located from Victoria Station.

Clean room with everything you need. The fan was already on which was appreciated in the heatwave. Not a huge room but I knew it wasn’t going to be and it was just for 1 night. Close to the theatre we was visiting and the underground and plenty of places to eat nearby.

The double room is really really small that 2 people literally shuffle around . The shower cubicle is best suited to ‘smaller people’ only given 2 towels for the duration of our stay. The bedroom carpet was torn. We arrived for 3pm so we could check in immediately. The room was not ready so we had to wait around in a cramped reception area.

Location was perfect for walking distance to the theatre, reassurance and shops. The room was clean & spacious. The only issue was the room was on the top floor and the stairs were very steep & narrow. Something I should have checked with prior to booking.

Great place for a short stay. From the staff to the rooms, everything was good. For the price, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I stayed for a week and had a very pleasant experience. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to Big Ben, and roughly the same distance to Buckingham Palace, which is very convenient. 5 stars for this hotel. Just keep in mind that it’s a small hotel, so the rooms are compact — but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again.
