Hotel is clean updated with all needed comforts 10/10. Only issue was bed wasn’t the most comfortable but not awful. Dealt same at other Hilton Hotel in UK maybe it’s what the locals prefer.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience during our stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Ealing. On our arrival, we were first told that the elevator was not working- to compensate for this, they gave us a bedroom on the first floor, which still required us to use the stairs with quite a bit of luggage. We were advised that attempts would be made to fix the elevator and in the three days I stayed, the elevator was still not working. Next was the room- parts of the room were still dirty and worse, the air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to get to sleep. There was no way to turn the fan down and when we attempted to turn it off, we could not. I informed the staff in the morning and was told that a maintenance engineer would be sent. This was facilitated and I was advised that the filter in my room needed changing as it was dirty. Given that this is a Hilton hotel, I was expecting better in terms of maintenance- I understand that breakdowns are inevitable, but three days without an elevator is concerning. I also think that individual rooms should be checked more regularly, especially for things like the air conditioning. These issues should be addressed prior to people staying in the room, to avoid sleepless nights. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Overall, I would save my money and stay elsewhere in future.

Hospitality at booking in was poor. No lift, a guest was complaining in the morning about the lift, still being out of order,apparently a frequent issue, and your reception staff were somewhat dismissive.

The room was clean with a comfy bed and all amendities which we needed. We stayed for 2 nights. On the first night however there was a wedding taking place - celebrations went on until after midnight followed by fireworks and cars beeping their horns. It was very unsettling and we struggled to sleep which impacted on our plans the following day. We didn’t feel comfortable approaching staff about this at the time. We were later asked how our stay was going via text message and informed them of what had happened and they kindly wavered our parking fee and offered us 2 free drinks. We were just disappointment as we expected more from an establishment such as the Hilton- I have health conditions that can be excaberated with lack of sleep so it’s very important that I’m somewhere safe and comfortable to ensure I don’t become unwell.

Had a little duplication, digital key didn’t generate as they needed more info, arrived and provided more info before checkin and heading in to London and then had to provide the same info again when getting back as digital key still hadn’t updated in the app. Nice hotel, good cleanliness, 5 mins from the tube, good spec room. Would stay again
