Staff were helpful as we had taken our dog for the wkend. The room was lovely clean alittle tight at the end of the bed to walk around tho. Wasnt much area for breakfast so passed on that. But the place is fabulous straight opposite the docks and close to all amenities. Would definitely be booking again

Nice, clean hotel for overnight stay with low-cost parking. Good sized room. Bathroom didn't smell great (drain type smell), but was clean. My only issue was, despite being switched off, the AC unit circulated water/coolant continuously. This made the sound of a constant running tap. I did mention this to the hotel but have received no acknowledgment. I would however be happy to stay again in the future as I've not experienced this during past stays.

Room was basic but had everything you need for a stay over. Beds were fine, cushions lovely and had more on offer if needed. Bathroom and shower was clean, facilities were good. Staff were fine, not exceptionally friendly or helpful but did their job. I asked for milk for breakfast and she told me it was there when it wasn’t. I had to ask 3 times. Breakfast option was good enough but didn’t eat much on offer as didn’t like streaky bacon or cold meats. Parking was manageable and at £10 was reasonable. Prime location for the docks

Very basic hotel, no hand towels only bath towels. Horrible smell in the bathroom that wouldn’t go away, was like bad drains. Erratic cleaning with towels only sometimes being changed. Cold room with no heating and very basic breakfast with little choice

Pretty poor to be fair, room heating was either full blast or ice cold ac, very noisy heating system, sounded like a masonry drill, shower flooded bathroom when you used it. For the price I expected better. Left at 6am as couldn’t stand another minute.

Black mold on the window sill, bed slats were broken and the door to the toilet/shower didn't close fully. the sink was clogged, emptied the basin super slowly. Breakfast was good, great selection of hot and cold style foods. Downstairs amenities were fine. 2 cards for access was great. Lobby staff were okay. Checkout was easy.

Hotel run by young kids who had no idea. Room appalling, bathroom door didnt close, tv old and wonky, furniture shabby, plug in sink didnt allow drainage and had to be removed. Cleaners didnt wash cups, empty bins or make bed. Tea coffee etc not replenished. Breakfast items poor quality and not replenished, often empty. Tables piled with dirty plates and we had to clear and clean or own. Staff doing nothing, apart from piling plates with breakfast for themselves and disappearing. Didnt speak English. Had issue with noisy girls in room opposite our and so called security man did nothing to help so had to deal with it ourselves. Lack of parking. Skip and old caravan in car park which we looked out on. Avoid!!!
