My only complaint was how expensive it was. $250 cdn for a room and 2 breakfast. It’s by Heathrow so I guess that accounts for the price. The staff recommended a pub to eat at as the restaurant wanted $40 for a cheeseburger lol. Pub grub was great and just a short walk. The stay was great overall.

Good airport hotel. For the price, it was a great option that is close to Heathrow. No in house airport shuttle, but for a small fee, there is a bus that comes by each hour that takes you right to the terminal.
