I stay often before a flight from Heathrow. It us always clean and comfortable. Staff are always helpful and polite. I had dinner there and the food was lovely. I've never been therr fir breakfadt, asalways have to leave before to get the bus to the airport. The bus picks you up right out front and is a great service too.

I booked this hotel the night before an early flight with the hope of leaving my car therefore a few days. I fully expected to pay for the parking. I was a shock and stress when I was told there was no way I can leave my car there. I wished they made it clear (obviously they would say its my fault for not checking. I had to book a meet and greet in a hurry late at night which meant I could not scrutinise the companies and got a really poor deal. In addition the room I was assigned the air-con was not working. more additional stress! To be fair the the reception staff she gave me another room promptly and "upgraded" which meant I had complimentary hot drinks making facility and a chocolate bar, which is nice but totally not worth it.

The location is convenient. It’s very near Heathrow’s Terminal 2, less than a 10-minute drive. The staff was very helpful with check-in and getting us a taxi service for an early morning flight. However, the air in the room didn’t get any cooler. We set it to as low as it could so it can give us cool air but nothing happened. Since we arrived late and just wanted to rest, we didn’t have the energy to call and wait for maintenance to fix anything.

It was conveniently close to the airport. So it made it very easy to get to airport for an early flight. The staff was very nice and professional. For it being so close to the airport we were surprised the plane noise was really not bad at all.

It is good for overnight stay. We were assigned to a standard room next to the general entry of all customers going to their rooms so we hear the hauling of suit cases etc. on the hall way. There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash liquid. The restaurant food was good. Our car reservation was on time. We paid 25 british pound one way to be dropped off at Terminal 3. I recommend this place for short stay.

The room had great AC. Front desk person very nice although check in process was prolonged. We arrived rather late around 10 pm and front desk said they had to check if the room was clean which seemed odd. The carpets were stained inside the room and out which was unappealing.
