Great service at this hotel. Very helpful staff and nice clean hotel

I really like a facecloth in bathroom. That was only issue

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Drinks and food were good.

Weird check in and small bed that was supposed to be king sized but other than that it was fine.

We might of just had a bad experience, we stayed here to get the tube in to London for my son’s 5th birthday as a family. Paying £50 for the as it was only 6 bloomsand

I absolutely loved this room and Paul helped us check in and he was great! Kind and attentive to say the least!

Upon entering the hotel there was no one to greet me. Its a self checkin which i didn't like. A staff member was around and he did help with the process as I was struggling. Checkout is the same concept. The hotel always smelled good. The gym was adequate but the weight machine was missing some keys which limited the ability to function. It was always empty. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit limited but it filled its purpose. I didn't see many outside options for breakfast. The is a supermarket across the street which was very inexpensive and a souvenir/ grocery store on the same street as the hotel. Also next to the hotel is a chicken place that offers grilled and fried chicken at a very good price and the food was good. The hotel is within a short walking distance of Big Ben, the Eye in the Sky, The Aquarium and its promenade and the Big Bus Tour. Staff were very friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. In room safe and closet was spacious with adequate space for luggage , refrigerator and coffee machines. My room faced the main street so you did hear some noise from people outside at night. Overall I was satisfied as it served its purpose.

From walking in to the lobby, i was impressed. Understated class and

the well-equipped kitchen, proximity to the main attractions of the city.

Excellent location, walking distance from main sightseeing and excellent place to stay with family. Definitely going back!

This hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area, just a short distance from the iconic Big Ben and the underground station. Surprisingly, the room is spacious enough to accommodate even two large suitcases. We opted for the premium room with a king-size bed, which provided ample comfort during our stay.

Straightforward automated check in and no problems during stay. Clean comfortable room and very clean bathroom with good shower.

Perfect location, close to the tube and supermarket/cafes. Staff are very friendly and the room was very nice. I will return there.

We stayed for 6 nights and did not have any house cleaning, change of linens or towels once. We had to ask for dry towels and they brought unfolded and didn't pick up the wet ones. Our bed was supposed to be a Queen, but it was two twin mattresses fastened together, the sheets were not fitted. Breakfast was NOT included, despite the Expedia listing implying it was, it was an extra 15£ per morning (although this may have been an Expedia issue and not the hotel's fault, it did affect our stay). The only positive was proximity to the tube.

Well located hotel - close to Waterloo station and the south bank. The hotel itself was clean and staff helpful. The rooms were pleasant and I had a good view from one of the higher floors. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. Would stay there again.

Room is very tight for 3 people with luggage.
