Well placed for travel from Heathrow T5, quick and cheap bus link.

The staff were super helpful both in reception and in the restaurant. The room was spacious and really comfortable and clean.

Perfect for Heathrow T5 for an overnight stay (before or after a flight) with or without parking. Also perfect for visiting and travelling into London with easy, convenient transport links.

Pods from airport to hotel

Great location for T5 and the POD was really easy to use. The room was small and the double bed felt smaller than a double, but the convenience of the hotel and its transport to T5 made up for it.

It was convenient for what I needed

The staff were very helpfull and polite. Our room was clean and just right. So very easy for public transport. very easy access to heathrow airport. We loved the place and would return.

There is no elevator on this property and you must carry luggage up or down stairs to access any of the rooms. This was NOT noted in the booking and would be a major issue for someone with mobility issues. The downstairs rooms do not feel safe and the property overall is very old and worn. It's right by Heathrow so the plans are literally flying over the hotel and it is very loud.

My room was clean and comfortable. However getting to the hotel was complicated and tiring.

very handy for terminal 5 and with the POD to take you to the hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom was very small but for a night or two its ok.

Very easy to get to from Heathrow terminal 5. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. We opted for the breakfast before heading back to Heathrow to catch a train to our next destination. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom could be updated. The shower was very slippery. A mat for the tub could help

Incredibly dissatisfied with our stay. Only stayed here as it was supposed to be easy to get to T5, and the Masters (golf) was on. This hotel was advertised as having sky sports and I even called up night before to check they’d have it on. I was told yes, just ask the staff to switch it on. We arrived having had a horrendous effort trying to get to the hotel.. better off in the Premier Inn. The golf wouldn’t work as they didn’t have the licence… great. Literally an advertisement outside the property saying that have sky sports. Oh.. and beers are £7! Long and short of it is if you have the money, stay in T5 (Sofitel?). Otherwise, you’re better off in the Premier Inn just up the road from this one. Will not be returning.

Stayed 1 night before flying out on holiday, the room was very small and cramped. Extremely dated and dark. It was just me and my 11 year old and we struggled with the size. Beds were rock solid. Ate at the on site restaurant which was the worse thing I’ve ever eaten, safe to say went to bed hungry - they also kept pushing a wine offer for a bottle of wine. I was a solo adult???

The POD transportation connection to Terminal 5 is very convenient. I you're traveling out of Terminal 5 this is a great option.

I read the reviews prior to booking at the property. Some of the reviews were accurate and others were not. I found that: -There is limited access to get from the terminal to the hotel. The Pods in terminal 5 were the easiest transportation to/from the hotel. Just know the Pods are completely driverless on a predetermined track (think of a Disneyland ride without all of the effects) and they need to charge and have to reboot. I did have to wait once for a Pod to reboot prior to entering. However, it was easy and convenient to ride. They drop off at a "station" in the parking lot not far from the hotel. You just have to follow the signs from there. They are a bit harder to find inside Terminal 5 as they are not on the elevator signs. -There is no lift/elevator. However, to get to the first floor is all of 12 stairs. If you have mobility issues, I suggest asking ahead of time for a ground floor unit (which could be farther away from the front desk than the first-floor unit). -The restaurant is upstairs and a bit hard to find but the staff gave out easy directions. -I would bring a refillable water bottle. I found the water to purchase was expensive and easier to fill in the terminal. As for the room, it was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a decent step up into the shower though, so again if you have mobility issues, I would ask ahead of booking about shower access. There are also several UberEats restaurants you can choose from nearby that deliver to the hotel.
