Very convenient if you take the heathrow pod to the hotel from terminal 5. The facility is older but very clean and the restaurant/bar is very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean bathroom. I didn't have the breakfast but nice that they offered it. Price was very reasonable and very friendly staff.

The breakfast was great, staff were friendly! But make sure to buy it as an add-in when you book your room. If you are paying for it separately in the morning, it will be marked up significantly.

Convenient location. Easy transfer to / from airport T5 using the Heathrow Pod (small cost to pay). Hotel itself is a bit dated and can do with a refurbishment. No lift, so have to negotiate steps (2-3) to get from reception to ground floor. If you are on the first floor, in addition you need to negotiate a flight of stairs (12 + steps). Reception staff - ok overall. Not my first visit. Some are attentive and really prompt with service. Other instances, seem to be less so.

We arrived late and needed a place to stay overnight in Heathrow since we had a connecting flight the next morning and staying in the secured area of the terminal is no longer an option. We were able to use the POD automated shuttle to get to the hotel quickly. The room was good and priced very reasonably and the staff wete helpful.

Reliable hotel that we've used several times. Basic but well kept. Brilliant Pod system to terminal 5 means we return even when rooms are not very well equipped (no plug sockets near bed, small bathrooms). Always good value in terms of cost. Helpful friendly staff.

Room untidy, missing basic elements. Staff on check in very helpful, on check out they were busy chatting and only noticed me as I put my Key in the box. Wi-Fi was passable, bathroom was terrible mouldy cracks in grout and not toilet paper.
