The room was clean. But in the middle of the night the air conditioner in my room leaking twice. Its make the floor muddy. The food when dinner (buffet set) was not hygiene. I found ants and some kind of small animal (like moths) in the food and sauce. But overall the staff is really helpful and nice.

I just wanna come back if this hotel has a massive rennovation. The interior is too old and dirty, not worth with the given price. Please transform, you are legend since I was child!

It was OK. Make sure you bring room refresher & if you willing to stay longer and cook your own, make sure you call them first to list stuffs they had in the kitchen. LOL. 1 Front office was helpful, so ya it was OK and so so. The best part was good decision to try the outdoor cafe (* not the restaurant where you took breakfast).

It was a great stay for us. The beach view from our room was quite nice, and the hotel staffs were helpful. We will come back there!

Love the room that we booked, it accomodated my family need. The kids enjoyed their time at the beach which is right in front of the bungalow. It was a nice distraction for them knowing that the pool is under renovation. Well, you should inform about the renovation earlier (through the web or apps) since the customer has a right to know what they are going to pay for. And one more, please upgrade the taste of the food for the breakfast time. Even a simple fried rice tastes much better if you cook it well. I believe patra anyer could do so much more to make your customer convenience 👍.
