Best Hotels in Berastagi

Reception staff is nice easy to check in, and the granted my req which is room with sofa. Hotel provide a breakfast at azalea restaurant and serve many varieties food but mostly indonesian cuisine, ohh they have arcade center too and swimming pool for visitor to spend time. Overall it was pretty fun and exciting.: D.

Hotel memaksa untuk menahan dokumen asli identitas (KTP). Begitu saya bilang saya ga bisa kalau tahan dokumen asli, receptionist yang cewek mukanya langsung kesal. Berenang tapi tidak tersedia Handuk. Petugas sudah pulang jam 4 katanya. Hotel bagus tapi ga ada trolly. Cukup sekali kesini. Mendingan di hotel2 bintang 3. Update lagi ya. Setelah malam, ternyata suasana nya berisik. Musik2 toa gitu deh. Bukan adzan. Tapi murni suara musik dugem.

The staff are helpful. But the building is not very well maintained and cleanliness is rather poor.

Low cost, thus we managed our expectations. Thank God for Indo Maret/Alfa Mart stores nearby. The hotel staff helped buying things we needed: Toilet paper, drinks & breakfast supplies. We rented a car & driver to go places and came home very tired; Could fall asleep fast, despite the noise from busy traffic on the street. Found a cheap laundry place also nearby. It was a good experience for 25 year old minds. Need to save money.
