The hotel is very good, feels like our own home, clean, the service is good, the interior is nice, unique, the waiters are friendly, hospitality is very good. Our suggestion is to improve the wifi signal again, if possible put a mirror in the bedroom too, replace the bath shower with a bigger one. But overall, palm green hotel is very comfortable for holidays. The atmosphere is very calm, very suitable for resting

Bad. When I was check in the staff not check the data of customer they said there 's no book under my name and after waiting 15mnt their found my name also the room look like no maintenance there 's a hole on the top of my bathroom and has webspiders also has stain of blood on the bed sheets but the location really strategic from the beach.

Good place with a great pool. Rooms were comfy, although my bathroom needed a bit of repair. Spacious rooms and nice outdoor seating spaces. I really liked the location, which was away from the busy centre of kuta, but an easy walk (don't listen to reviews that say you need to drive/ride!). Rented a car for a day to go out to the beaches. This was a little expensive, but easily organised, and the owner man gave us a ride back to the airport for a reasonable price.
