All staff are very polite, helpful and friendly, the room is spacy and cozy with beautiful view to Jatim park 2 that full of great animals & fresh air. The restaurant is most great one with ambience feel like in a real jungle and variances delicious menu. Overall love this hotel much. Thanks Pohon Inn, definitely will recommended to all our family and friends.

It 's a good place for holiday however lack of healthy awareness from visitor that allows kid to pee in swimming pool. Management to announce it so that visitors are aware about healthy concern during in swimming pool.
