This hotel has a very bad and slow services, it takes about an hour just to proceed check-in, the reservation not responsive, the one who does not busy, not look after the customer queing for check-in. Hall very smell especially after people looping, and also the toilet near the elevator on the lobby. For the room itself, it took about 15 minutes just to wait until the hot water running from the shower, wifi connection very bad, on and off, the food on the restaurant for breakfast smelly, seems like not new and the teapot used for ginger kind of like not being washed so it is want to puke.
