ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta

Checked in here after finishing a business trip at night, at first I was a bit confused because there was live music in front, but was directed nicely to check in at the front office. They nicely informed me that the only rooms available were on the 6th floor so it might be noisy because there is a bar on the rooftop of the 7th floor that is open until 12 midnight. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep because I was afraid of the noise, but it turned out that the noise became a white noise to lull me to sleep hehe. The room wasn't too big, but it wasn't small either, just right. Everything was clean and nice, fragrant, and pleasant. Got a room view towards the hotel next door and the French embassy. Complete amenities, all facilities worked well. Bought it with breakfast, and was very satisfied because there were so many menu choices. ARTOTEL Thamrin is said to be a 3-star hotel but the breakfast is already like a 4-star hotel, complete with salad, western menu, Indonesian menu, porridge, uduk rice complete with condiments, bread and pastries, juice, tea, coffee, cereal, pudding, fruit ~ everything is really complete and tastes good. The restaurant also has a very homey ambiance, maybe a bit small when there are a lot of guests. So happy and satisfied staying here, especially after staying at a hotel chosen by the office which was not so good. Overall 4.5 stars to ARTOTEL Thamrin ~ Will definitely recommend this place especially for those who need to go to the Central Jakarta area near Sarinah.

The location is very strategic, the room and bed are comfortable. However, it is close to a cafe/entertainment venue that is very noisy until past midnight so that the comfort of sleep is very disturbed. The atmosphere of the lobby at night. also set to dim. When it rains, access to taxis/online vehicles is rather uncomfortable because there is no canopy in front of the lobby.

this is my second time stayed in this hotel, stay for one night for business trip. I requested non smoking room, however the non smoking room is teribbly smell like smoking room. hotel dont have any solution to settle the promblem but say "we cannot control if the previous customer smoking in the room". since i arrived almost 11pm, to tired to find another hotel. hotel with no responsibily action deserve only one star.

Close to city center, good food, clean and modern rooms.

So, due to occupancy, they only have smoking rooms, which I'm not a smoker. They say it was cleaned, but the smell of smoke is still strong. No option for changes, for cancellation, they ask me to call the app, which I believe will take some time. The room was not soundproof, the racing car/bike outside sounds easily heard.

The room is small but comfortable, the bathroom is also clean. The hotel is aesthetic, if you like taking pictures you will definitely like it. The location is the best, you can stroll to Sarinah or look for night food on Jalan Sabang. Add a little, maybe when the hotel occupancy is high, the breakfast time can be arranged. So it's not too crowded at the same time considering the breakfast place is very small.

A fun vacation with family. Close to the most important places to eat, complete and the staff are all friendly. Thank you Traveloka.

The hotel is aesthetic, strategic location close to Jl Sabang, if you want to go to Sarinah or XXI, you only need to walk 5 minutes, to the MRT, it's only a short walk, the food is delicious, I was annoyed with one female receptionist regarding check-in and the room I was given was not the right room, but overall it has been fixed and replaced with a cool room on the 5th floor

During my stay at Art Thamrin, I was very impressed with all the services provided, from getting off the taxi until entering. The food is also okay.

Strategic location, located in the center of Jakarta.

It was a last-minute decision to stay here in order to go sightseeing around the neighborhood, and it was the right decision. Nice hotel with good facilities as well as a nice breakfast variety, although it's rather crowded due to long holidays. Would come back for sure.

If possible, complete your breakfast with a cup of delicious cappuccino 😁

Every time I go to Jakarta, I always stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, the staff is very friendly.
