Very nice hotel. Really like the room and the service.

I book this hotel as a birthday gift for my father in law. he said the hotel is nice, they enjoy the stay. And the staff name Damayanti is very patient and helpful in assisting me with transportation, and some issues with the reservation.

Good overall! Affordable price with strategic location and very good services. Hotel staffs are very friendly, they helped me getting rental bicycle. Clean room, definitely come back

Villa Ombak has its own pier, so after crossing with fast boat, you can directly walk to the hotel lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to shops, bars and restaurants too. Amazing interior and exterior of room. We love it.

Perfect for people who seeking for peace. A direct view to sea, perfect for sunset. If you prefer to spend your time in hotel, then this is the perfect choice. The staffs were very helpful and full of smile. Food was great too. There are also a place to rent a bike in the hotel. Definitely will go back here

Very nice, good hospitality, nice food.

I booked for 1 night initially but extended for more. Absolutely love the staff and the room! When I arrived at the port, I called the hotel to ask for directions and Wulan, the staff, picked me up instead. It's within less than 10 mins of walk from the port. The room was all prepared with the aircon on when I checked in, which was a delight on that hot day. They even served a welcome drink. The room is perfect for me as a solo traveler. It's small (with a big bed) and it feels like a cozy cabin with the wooden floor. It was super clean and so was the big bathroom. The bed was very soft and comfy and I had one of my best sleeps here. Amenities were great (towels, soap, shampoo, dental kits, toilet paper, bottled water). Everything worked perfectly in the room - aircon, wifi, hot shower, lights and TV. A few power sockets were placed in good spots and even have the options of the 2 or 3 legged sockets. The porch was nice to chill in and spacey enough for me to do stretches. They offered to clean and make up my room everyday but I didn't really need that so I didn't take the offer. They had a menu for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. I had their nasi goreng and it was great. The location is great and quite central - close to eateries, grocery shops, port and to the sunset point too. The best was of course the hospitality of the team there - Wulan, Bu Ayu and Pak Kadek. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with them and appreciate all their attention to make sure I was able to sleep well and enjoy my stay there. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place! I had the most pleasant stay here. Great sea view bedroom and great service. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

In terms of cleanliness, comfort & services, this place is very very satisfying! The room is actually much nicer & cleaner than in the photos. It was such an unforgettable honeymoon stay in here for us at Gili Air. We unexpectedly got complimentary of switching room to the Scallywags Mango Retreat which is more quiet and secluded. They have crazy friendly staffs there :) The food in the Scallywags restaurant was really delicious too! They have a very romantic spot in the beach to have a dinner under the stars. Definitely gonna stay there again if we were staying in Gili 😊

We found this hotel via app, because of the very good reviews. We experienced just the same. the hotel is 1-2minutes away from beach, bicycles are provided for free. The very best: breakfast time is unlimited. means: if you want to have breakfast at 12, they just provide a fresh and delicious breakfast at 12.Tea and coffee are for free all day If you go into pool, they see it and immeadetly bring fresh towels. They really care, to make your stay as comfortable as could be. Lieh is speaking german as well as other languages. So don't hesitate to improve his very good skills. We will surely come back to this very nice, warm and colourful place. ❤

This one was awesome to stay for honeymoon trip, comfy, clean air, relaxing pool! The breakfast was so healthy, a bowl of local fruit such as dragon, papaya, combine with infused water and take that to your private pool! The staff was so kindly and helpful, giving you a recommend place around gili air!
