Hotels in Karawang Regency

Very nice and good hotel for family and business, with affordable price. Breakfast was OK.

As usual great stay, took my kid this time, I guess ill be a regular whenever I visit Karawang for work.

Ac tidak dingin, bermalam 2 hari cuma dapat jatah 1x air minum.

The staff are friendly and helpful however the restaurant is infested with mosquitoes.

. I recently stayed at Hotel Mercure Karawang and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room with a flimsy excuse. Additionally, I booked through Traveloka for two adults and one child including breakfast, but the hotel stated that breakfast is for 2 adults only. I don't know whether this mistake was made by Traveloka or the hotel. There were multiple issues during my stay: water pooling in the shower area, only one pair of slippers provided (I had to request another pair), and long lines for breakfast due to a crowded restaurant. The hotel should manage breakfast times better during high occupancy. The worst part was the noise from repair work in nearby rooms, which severely disturbed my rest. Overall, my stay was quite disappointing.

The accommodation was comfy and clean. Breakfast is good. Surely will stay here again.
