The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, even though check-in is set at 11 pm but there are staff who help bring things to the room because it happens that there are quite a lot of things brought. When they said the air conditioner wasn't cold enough, there was a staff who came to fix it. Thumbs up 👍 the food is also good.

The employees are friendly, the rooms are clean, only the air conditioner is not cold enough. The request for the top floor was really given and got a pretty good view from the room.

Overall it's good, only the receptionist is not friendly on the phone, the answer is really rude. In the room there is a greeting card that says you can get a free compliment snack but the snack is not given at all. The snack has been called and asked for a compliment snack, the answer is that it will be delivered later and the phone will be closed immediately but not delivered until 3 days. Check-in time is also very messy, there are no friendly people, too many minus points for the receptionist. Maybe it needs to be repaired again, the reception service.

Improve the cleaning service, even though it's only *2, it doesn't mean we have to accept the conditions as they are. Last night I found 5 cockroaches from the smallest to the largest. Finally given a solution to move rooms. The staff is quite friendly, the food is okay. Hopefully in the future it will be better.

Sangat nyaman dan enak untuk liburan. Makanan, fasilitas kamar 👍. Petugas sangat cepat tanggap kalo butuh apa-apa. Satpam sopan-sopan. Puas pokoknya bermalam di dekat hotel.
