Big room size, nice view. The hotel staff is friendly, even though there is no AC but because Batu is a cold city, it is comfortable. This is my 2nd time to Batu city, never disappointed with this city.

Overall, great stay. Just the toilet in my room needs a little fixing. Note, rooms here got no air conditioning. It may be okay since Batu is in general a rather low temperature.

The food is not very varied and there is not much that children like, we got a room on the 4th floor and there is no lift, for us who travel with small children it is very difficult

Can view the mountains. The location of the hotel is also easy to find because it is on the side of a major road. The hotel service is friendly, the food is also varied, according to the price. Unfortunately, the rooms here do not have AC, maybe because in Batu Malang it is already cold. Overall, this hotel can be an option for resting

Affordable hotel with amazing view, friendly staff, no AC maybe because the air temperature is already cold, unfortunately the bathroom window ventilation faces directly to the front corridor and the gap is quite wide, for the sake of safety and comfort it would be better to fix it to avoid unwanted things from irresponsible people. Overall good and fun 🙏.

Stayed overnight during school holidays. The hotel was full even on weekdays so it didn't seem scary. I got a room on the 3rd floor. The view is really beautiful from the balcony. My advice is don't bring elderly people here because there is no elevator. European vintage style hotel. Rooms are spacious n clean. Unfortunately there are no towels and mats in the room. There's also only 1 cup, if you want to make coffee you have to change it. Hot water runs smoothly. There is no air conditioning but it's cold anyway. Buffet food is decent. But the best is the sweet and sour shrimp balls. Near Batu Square and lots of recreation areas. Next time I want to stay here again if I don't bring elderly people.
