The location is close to campus, so if you want to buy snacks, there are lots. Booked during a long holiday and checked out at night, ordered a large bed but it was no longer available, got a room with no window, couldn't tell whether it was morning or not, instead there was a glass window with a dispenser outside, connected to the corridor, next to it was a warehouse.. It was so noisy, couldn't sleep, it wasn't very soundproof.
The mattress smelled of sweat, the bathroom also smells not too good.
Luckily the staff was okay, the AC wasn't cold, the service came immediately but took a long time to fix it, the water kettle wasn't washed, there were traces of tea, but if you complained, it was immediately replaced (I had to look for a replacement 2 times), it was quite annoying because it took time, we wanted to rest.
For breakfast, there were lots of menu variations, you could choose various things, but the taste was just so-so, unfortunately when I tried the siomay it was very salty, plus the seasoning was also salty.

I was supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but I could only last one night before moving to a real 4-star hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was already problematic. I booked a Premier Suite, but was given a damaged room — the door wouldn't open properly, the bed was sunken in, and the room was stuffy and unhealthy. I booked a room with a balcony as shown in the photos, but was given one without it.
When I complained to the receptionist, they downgraded my room instead, saying the hotel was fully booked...!!!
The staff was also unprofessional and laughable. This hotel is far from being a true 4-star. Very disappointing.

The location is very strategic, close to the campus area so it's easy to find anything. The location is in the middle of the city, so if you want to go to various directions in the city of Jogja, it's close
Take the breakfast package, all the food and drinks are delicious, very varied
For OB services, maybe it can be improved again, room complaints need to be followed up continuously
There is an indoor playground, recommended for those with small children
Oh yes, for access to the elevator, don't forget to use the room key

The hotel is nice, it's just that I stayed during the high season, which is Eid al-Fitr, because my parents asked to extend so I asked the FO but was informed that if I wanted to extend the price was around 2 million per room. So I was forced to check out and choose another hotel with a lower price hehe.

all new rooms can be checked in at 14.00 and when all rooms are fully booked only served by two front office staff..
no manager or GM was seen helping visitors to check in, as a result all customers were queuing at the front office as if they were going to withdraw money from an ATM..
finally got a room past 14.00..
booked two rooms but could only get one room.. the other one was still not ready..
btw the taste of the fried rice was top.. the chef was active often checking the buffet breakfast.. good job chef
