Clean & spacious room. Friendly staff. A good variety of breakfast foods. Conveniently located to because mall & Grand Batam Mall which within walking distance. A2 foodcourt is just behind. Overall a good experience.

Everything is good. Except for one thing: had to wait a long time just to check in. Arrived just before 2 pm but was told room was not ready. After waiting for like 1 hour 30 mins, we finally get our room. But we understand that it during the December holidays. But overall, satisfied with stay. Will book this hotel again the next time I visit Batam. This hotel is like the centre of 2 great malls and lots of food options around.

It ' s so disappointing and terrifying. Totally a bad experience. Room was damn dirty, requested for extra bed, but wasn't ready during check in. Extra bed frame was wooden frame and dusty (you can imagine). Bedsheet, pillow cover was stained, yellowish and dirty. Blanket was worst. Paid extra for bathtub. Water leaking everywhere, black stained, metal rusty. Flooring is almost all wooden. Only 1 glass given and it ' s dirty, chipped. Sofa seats cracked, holes everywhere. Bed frame dusty. Tables sticky, stained. Nightmare. & it ' s their Premier Suite Room. Blind yellowish, stain everywhere. Wonder if they even maintain everything. Curtains very dusty. Windows also. Water bottle was greasy guess it ' s the shampoo that was leaked. Dust bin breaking into half and rusty, can't even step to open. Shower no heater. Breakfast just looked as scary. Very limited choices, and very low ceiling, dark places. It just looked so depressing. During check in, another family was making complaints too, their rooms was dirty with vomit and after changing room for them, still the same. DIRTY. Lift lobby no aircon at all. 4 lifts in total, 2 lifts under maintenance. Waited for quite awhile. Baggage so heavy, no help either. Went up to room, only to realize that we couldn't open w the room card. Another family experienced the same issue as well. Went back down again. Wasting time. Very bad experience. You definitely wouldn't want to get the same nightmare. Probably one of the worst hotel that I have stayed. Don't expect any services. And was not that cheap for the area. Building was very rundown too. Concierge not 24hours during weekday, asked and then realized. Checked w staff, was told that we can make contact via whatsapp. Even after I left, still didn't receive any response, despite calling and messaging multiple times.
