What a surprise this hotel has been. It was beautiful. An elegant place with classic design.. I wish we enjoyed our stay longer, but we had to move on after one night. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous hotel a short bus ride from the city centre. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bed was heavenly. The grounds are stunning and the hotel restaurant was lovely. Would certainly stay again

Beautiful hotel, absolutely gorgeous building and garden. Room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with having to ask for coffee after 20 mins and very ok but basic selection (some grapes were moldy) . Our stay was ruined though by one of us getting an allergic reaction the brownie at the orangerie that shouldnt have contained nuts.

What a stunning hotel!! Super clean, lovely staff, an amazing breakfast, and rooms have air conditioning!! Plus, it’s in a wonderful location! A few miles from the city center but far enough away, that there isn’t crowds and noise! It is also back off the road with trees (a mini forest) around it with a walking trail! Absolutely wonderful! Could not have stayed at a better hotel while visiting Dublin!

If you want 5 star food you won't find it here. I have never stayed in a 5 star hotel with shower curtains. Other than that I found the staff were excellent and the hotel grounds are delightful.

We stayed at the St Helens Hotel in a family room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help. We made use of the hotel gym, and had breakfast on one of the mornings day where there was plenty of choice. Again, the staff at breakfast went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We often ate out in the garden and the staff provided blankets and heating for when it got slightly chilly. brilliant hotel and a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to stay with you again.

Staying at St. Helens was like staying in a traditional mansion! We fell in love with the grounds when driving in, with a beautiful fountain and rose garden in front. In the back there are a gorgeous lawns, and gardens, a perfect setting for weddings or other special occasion. The restaurants are both excellent. There are a lot of nice touches everywhere, like blankets on the back of some of the chairs at the outdoor dining area to keep warm. Overall we were really impressed and hope to return again.

The hotel seems to have had a refresh since losing the brand it was associated with before, but elegant as usual. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely, with a special chocolate plate to wish my husband on his birthday. Food and service in the Orangerie was outstanding especially the Truffle Pasta and the Nasi Goreng. Breakfast was good food wise but service was a let down, feedback shared with front desk. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great time at this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Only downside for us was we didn't have a freestanding shower - it was a bath with the shower over. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
