We arrived at the hotel late that evening, but upon entering, we were immediately greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The staff had no problem pulling up my information, making the check-in process incredibly quick and seamless. They pointed out various amenities near the front desk that we could grab on the way to our room and even gave us each a complimentary drink for the bar’s happy hour. We booked a king room, which was very spacious, and the entire hotel was extremely clean. One of our favorite features was the upstairs lounge area that boasted an amazing vinyl collection. The complimentary drinks from the bar were also incredibly refreshing! To top it all off, the staff kindly held our bags for free after check-out so we could finish our shopping in the area. When I return to Tokyo, I will absolutely consider staying here again.

The rooms are small, a top loading suitcase is a must, but they are amazingly kept and have useful amenities like a fridge and kettle. Aircon works well even when youre not in the room so you can come back to a cool.space.

Simple room. Close enough to train station. The hotel was fine. Staff at the front desk spoke English as well which was very helpful for me. My Japanese is not that good. Actually, I don’t speak Japanese at all. I didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment about it.

I would expect more from a 4 star. I stayed on one of the larger and modern villas. The room itself was great. The food choices did not have enough choices breakfast and the cafe. The breads were as expected but The waffles were tough. Plates n glasses were uncomfotably small. Food was kinnda bland. Did not like riff raff in the breakfast common area not being policed by the staff... the usual stereotypw people cutting in line, going wrong direction , ignoring signs of what not to put in the toaster. The place is close to the shopping areas, night life n restaurants. You can walk close to everywhere and taxis are easy to get as well. The place is suprisingly quiet and peacful given its location and surrounded by short time hotels. Other issue is there was no ice machine... you have to go down and ask ice from the front desk. Phones also just dial to tge front desk, no local calls. Staff do a great job of cleaning though ive only let them clean a few times. Staff also proficient in a number languages in case you need help w some particulars.

the space inside the room was very small but I personally didn't mind it. The amenities provided were great and the staff were super kind and helpful with assisting with the luggage forwarding service. would recommend so long as you don't mind the lack of space

Pro: great location, walking distance to shopping and entertainment district. 10 to 15 min walk to all the Shinjuku stations. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Con: the rooms are extremely small. We booked two double rooms on the 8th floor, and each was smaller than the size of a typical cruise ship room. Hardly any spaces for large luggages. On our first night, we asked for extra blankets and they didn't have any, which might just due to the busy season but was very odd to be running out of blankets for a large hotel.

I came here as a solo female traveller for my first trip to japan and honestly it was amazing!! The room was very clean and I liked the layout a lot. The lights in the room are dimmable which is a plus for me. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. One small drawback was the walk to shinjuku station is a little longer than I personally would’ve liked but it wasn’t bad at all!
