Our stay was incredible. I have never been to such wonderful hotel. The staff was superhelpful, everything was just wonderful. I can't think of one thing that I would dislike.. Such beautiful place

Absolutely a nightmare my whole family got sick the second day we got there. We spent our vacation at pharmacies and the hotel clinic that’s a money grab. We asked for a baby crib and it took 4 different people 5 hours to get my room.they have vendors that come to the hotel and sell souvenirs and pictures that clearly lie to you watch out when you pay in pesos they over charge and take advantage of you I bought the guy lying to me and told staff about it. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING AT THE BUFFET ESPECIALLY DAIRY. Just when I thought this nightmare was over I was checking out and payed for some room service and met my driver down stairs unnoticed staff holding my family hostage because they thought we didn’t pay the service fees like literally wouldn’t let them put the door anyways the property is beautiful everything else sucks they wanted to give me two nights feee at the property but I declined it I just wanted to leave that nightmare and make it to the USA to take my kid and wife to the doctor. Shame on you guys.

Paradisus Cancún was absolutely amazing, from the moment you walk in. We stayed in one of the family concierge rooms with Galdino as our concierge and he was very wonderful from start to finish. He made this trip hassle and stress free. He checked on us throughout our stay and made sure we didn’t want for anything. We traveled with our 5 year old daughter who loved the Kidsdom play area and also the staff. Maylin and the other team members were wonderful with the kids. They had activities all day. So you could leave your kids with them for the day. There is an arcade which is an additional charge. The family pool area was really fun for the kids. Just know that chairs will be saved early especially the ones with the tiki umbrella. Restaurant wise which is the most important, we really enjoyed the seafood restaurant Agua Marina, Kao was Asian themed which was also pretty good. We ate at Vibra for breakfast which was exclusive to the family concierge rooms. Blue agave is Mexican themed and it was just ok which is unfortunate seeing as though we were in Mexico. And on our last night we ate at the Italian restaurant Cappella with our server Odon who was great and really fast with the service. And at the end of the dinner they brought out a surprise dessert from Expedia I’m guessing because that is who the trip was booked through which was pretty cool. All in all I would recommend this place to stay for any family.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. What really stood out was how family-friendly the resort is, with activities and amenities that made it a great place to travel with kids. The ambience and aesthetic was a breath of fresh air. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Paradisus to families looking for a relaxing vacation.

Food ok but was usually a bit under cook for my liking even when ask to cook well. Very clean resort, friendy staff room didnt have a hot tub.

Amzing hotel, very clean with extremely friendly staff and excellent service. If you have ocean facing room view from the balcony is amazing. Only think I didn't really like is extremely urban atmosphere around. You have feelings you are in Florida surrounsed by buildings, not in Mexico, where you would expect the palm trees around.

The Paradisus Cancún was a wonderful stay for me, my husband and our two teenage children. They are renovating it for a grand reopening in October of 2026 but we barely even noticed - we were not at all impacted. Service was great, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Some of the staff learned our names (and of course we learned theirs!) and gave us some insider info on things to do outside the resort. Each time we returned from an excursion to the hotel, it really felt like coming "home."

Absolutely wonderful all around! Great remodeling and absolutely the best service anywhere! Highly recommend!

There were no premium drinks available, and none of the bars even served cold beer. This was very disappointing and far below what we expected from this hotel. Spa service 5 star, Very clean Resort.

Such a great experience! Daily entertainment both for families and Adults. A lot of food options and great service. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I think it should be more information on the arrival regarding how things work for the amenities and in general. Also the check in was awful after a long trip with delayed flight, we was literally forced to do everything on internet using my phone with a very slow wifi. Other than that everything was great.

Clean room, helpful staff and good collection of food and beverages and also lots of family activities, definitely recommend

A wonderful experience, a very nice and very clean hotel, the staff were incredible with their attention, especially the concierge Erick who treated us and helped us with everything like family, my family was very happy with the experience

The property although older is very clean. The staff is constantly sweeping , cleaning and it shows. The room we had was small but nice and the bed was firm but very comfortable! We stayed on the third floor of the main pyramid and it is hot because there is no ac in the main lobby but honeslty by the time our dinner reservations arrived one night at Kao - the Japanese restaurant in the center pyramid- it was very comfortable. We were not hot eating dinner at all. My husband and I played the 9 hole par three golf course in front of the resort. It is included in your stay but you do need to rent clubs for 25 plus three golf balls and a couple of tees. We shored one bag of clubs and three balls and only lost one ball ! lol. If your iron game is not pretty good I wouldn’t chance playing lol. The holes are in front of the resort with traffic and cars on three sides of you. I was really nervous about hitting a shot into the road or a car. It is beautiful and they have iguanas walking around. We were very happy being able to play a little short game and then get right back to the beach and pool! The staff are all so kind and helpful. Not overbearing at all. Not pushy although there are plenty of opportunities to spend more money for excursions to upgrades in each restaurant. We booked a regular room -not reserve- and the only upgrade we did was the brand new golf/baseball/formula one simulator sports bar.

It was just like we were at “home”! Anything and everything we wanted was there, all we had to do was ask. Room, staff and the buffet was top notch!
