Hilton Glasgow

Such a relief to get to a nice hotel with all the usual amenities. Very relaxing!

We were a group of three adults and seven youth and the accommodations were perfect. We appreciate having this lovely place to stay while we explored Glasgow.

We had a lovely room . This was a treat for my daughter and I . Booked this as had a pool , sauna etc . Last day booked pool at 11am . What chaos . 8 under 18s in pool diving , jumping taking photos . Also parents with kids not being supervised. Bombing swimmers , going into sauna and steam room and bubble pool . So disruptive and loud with shouting and screaming. Complained to reception desk at pool they said sorry yes it wasn’t acceptable but these were hotel guests !! She offered us a free session. But we have travelled quite far to come to the Hilton so of little use. Told your American duty manager who thanked me for the feedback and shook my hand saying he would bring it up in his manager meeting. No off of a coffee / drink …anything . Guess he doesn’t mind a bad review having felt a handshake would make up for the rammy in the hotel pool with no staff dealing with it . Poor for such a nice hotel .

Excellent location to city centre and very helpful and courteous staff. Having onsite car parking is a big bonus. I will definitely stay again when visiting Glasgow.

Staff are very accommodating, clean room and facilities. The bar staff are extremely helpful too.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool without an adult in the pool (yes in the pool, not outside of the pool). Found this very strange. Also, children are not allowed in the pool after 7 PM. Equally strange.

Would pf liked a dressing table in the room for price paid. Cancelled the vip upgrade which essentially is paying £40 for a £10 bottle of wine. Great atmosphere in the bar, amazing breakfast. Love the pool area, finishes off the stay perfectly 👌

The only negative is a few more electric chargers in the car park required with much more detailed restrictions on telling non electric cars not to park on those spaces

Very good stay. We had an issue when we first checked into our room that the safe was beeping, called reception and they said they will get someone to check it. Within minutes maintenance were there and got it fixed and were so helpful. All the staff we spoke to were polite and lovely.

The hotel was awesome. Staff super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and clean (needs some more storage space though). Hotel grounds amazing, food choices great and sports and spa clean and modern

Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who was very helpful about informing us about Glasgow and transportation to the airport, etc. Was welcome advice and all went smoothly!!!
