View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.

I have a pleasant stay in fairmont singapore. My room is deluxe harbour view, and so we can see garden by the bay, city view, marina bay sands from our bed. Very beautiful and fantastic, and all the staffs are helpful too! Thank you fairmont

What a surprise! Such an excellent spacious hotel room, located near Orchard, but I love the fact that it is connected to Raffles Mall - very convenient! They have an awesome view, great bathroom with a complete set of quality amenities. Perfect spa experience as well.

Spent 10 days here and on general the hotel is fantastic. The lounge on the 25th floor is great for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Overall a great experience at a good price. My only complaint would be the internet. The speed is not great and it keeps dropping. Overwise a great stay. Love the location and the services.

Highly recommend the Gold club. Shakira, Evon, James and Jeremiah are the best! So kind and went beyond anything I have ever experienced in all my travels! The views are incredible and you can watch the Spectra from the Gold Club. Excellent location near many attractions. Food is excellent. Breakfast is in 3 locations and is delicious! 5 stars

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. My only comment would be we were not informed before our stay the main pool was closed. Which was annoying as I would have changed hotel. Disappointed. Ideal location though with MRT under the hotel.

In Singapore I was told that hotels are not permitted to have additional outlets in the bathroom for hairdryers for “safety reasons”, which I feel is a hogwash idea. There’s only an outlet for a razor. I had to blow dry my hair in a poorly lit hallway. Obviously the rooms were designed by a man. Singapore: for a world class city please review this idea as I’ve never encountered this in any other country and I’ve travelled all over North America and Europe. Also, the bathroom could have been better lit imo. Also the TV would randomly turn on at 3 am every night. We had to unplug it.

Staff in the lounge were incredible. Rooms were always immaculate and accomodating with requests. Gym is large with a wide variety of equipment. Sauna, cold plunge and spa (not spa facilities like massages) are free to guests and lovely to relax in after days of exploring.

Overall great stay We stayed 4 nights at the Fairmont after our cruise to Bali, Malaysia and Thailand. The location is fantastic, the MRT was very close and the famous Singapore Sling at Raffles Hotel was right across the street. Our room was very good, very large and comfortable. The pillows were a little too firm for my liking, but after walking around all day, sleep came pretty easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was with the Ante dote bar. We went to have a drink on our last night and my husband was wearing walking sandals. We were told there was a dress code and he needed to wear enclosed shoes. I was wearing flip flops and those were ok so I'm a bit offended at this. Why is it that women can wear sandals but not men? Other than that, everything else was wonderful
