It's a convenient 8-minute walk from the Zurich train station and located in the heart of the Zurich Old Town. I had the smaller 1-person room and it was great for my trip. Hotel provided excellent complimentary breakfast. By the way, the hotel restaurant is one of the best fondue places in the city. Don't skip it!

Cosy hotel in the middle of old town. The bed was comfy and the location was amazing. Also the staff was always happy to answer questions and very approachable. We ate at the attached restaurant twice in our stay as it was that good!

I only stayed here 1 night but it was conveniently located , clean and safe. They offered free water and soda which was nice and a slightly later checkout time of noon which would be good if you have a later flight. The breakfast was slightly small but with a good selection.

Great location in central Zurich. The hotel was clean and tidy with lovely Swiss charm. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Although breakfast buffet selection was somewhat limited, the quality was good. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks at the guest lounge available daily. Highly recommended. The hotel is great for travellers. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed and bedding are good quality and very comfortable (we had a king). The area is very busy with lots of action so that means lots of noise but the band playing in the square outside our room stopped around 10:00 pm so not a problem for sleeping The restaurant has a very different vibe than the hotel…not on the same level. Food was adequate but the staff are great. I would stay here again but eat elsewhere.

Clean room. Staff friendly and always communicates fast. Breakfast included but is more continental buffet with pastries, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, deli, etc. Overall breakfast was fine and got us through the afternoon. Room is small but well kept. We were on the third floor, the flooring is wood flooring, so when someone above our room walked around or moved chairs/bed, you could definitely hear it. Our room was on the side of where all the restaurants were and at night it could be noisy from their guests and music performers. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be for you. The location was Perfect! Walkable to so many landmarks, shopping and restaurants. The only thing that really bothered us was the strong smell of the cheese from the restaurant below.

I only spent one night at the Hotel Adler Zurich as I had an early flight out the next morning. It was a good experience as the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with helping to choose a restaurant for dinner and making sure there was a taxi waiting to get me to the airport in the morning. And it is located in Old Town - greta location! I would stay again if I ever get back to Zurich.
