Great location, right in the old town and you can walk from the train station in 5-10 minutes. The gentleman at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. There’s no AC but it was a cool day and we had our windows open.

The location was perfect. The room was fine, but could have been cleaner. We never met - or saw - any of the staff, which was fine. There was no view - our room looked out over a narrow alley. But the view wasn’t important to us. If you want a central location for sleeping and showering, it’s perfect.

Great for the price and great location. The room was small but had everything I needed, and its right downtown, close to a restaurant, a grocery store and water fountain. Its a 10 min walk or less from the train. Great shower and hair dryer. I contacted the property for the wifi info and they helped me quick as well

The hotel location was ideal for the two nights we stayed. However the room itself felt dirty. Each night we returned we were welcomed with a strong warm odor. Bed was a bit stiff. Overall a decent value room for passing through. Would not prefer staying more than 1/2 nights.

We did not feel like the room we got looked like the pictures on the listing. I would say our room was just not represented in the posted pictures. The room was pretty dirty upon arrival. Sheets were clean but the walls, shower, and floors were pretty filthy. The room was small but we expected that. The bathroom walls were fogged glass, which was strange. The bed was also not very comfortable. Overall it was okay for the 2 nights that we stayed there but I wouldn’t recommend for anything longer and probably would not consider staying here again.

My main concern was to make sure that I was located in the central location in Lucerne. This location fit that bill absolutely perfectly. There are no particular great amenities to this facility other than being very clean, comfortable beds and a great shower. I had no intention of spending significant time in the hotel itself or in the room so this was great. It’s very centrally located and everything you need is just a few steps away. There’s a great little breakfast place just outside the front door. The elevator is unconventional, but if you can climb a couple of flights of stairs, it’s not an issue. It’s very useful for hauling your luggage up and down but two ponderous for anything else. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel room, this isn’t the place for you but if you intend to be getting out and about in this wonderful city, it’s excellent.

Nice little hotel - well located near the train station and the old town Centre. Small hotel with comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. The only negative is that it is old.- probably built in the 1960s/70s and have never been updated. But extremely well maintained. other than that quite comfortable and good value for money. I would recommend.anyone to stay here.

The good thing I can say is the location is great! After that, things go down hill. You have to climb a precarious set of stairs with your luggage before getting to an elevator. The safe did not work. There was no air conditioning and even though temperatures moderated while we were there we had to sleep with the windows open. It is on a busy and noisy square with deliveries to businesses in the early morning making lots of racket. I also think the initial photo showing what appears to be the Lucerne performing arts center with a fountain is misleading and has nothing to do with the property.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot close to everything and only 10 mins from the train station. The self checkin kiosk and locked doors after 2100 was amazing. It was very quiet. The only downside was no air conditioning but the fan did work well. When we arrived the toilet had a gift from the previous guest and was not cleaned. Other than that it was excellent. We were in the 4 th floor and enjoyed the Lift!

The location is excellent! Unfortunately it is on a busy square with deliveries starting early in the morning, so a bit loud. We loved having a mini refrigerator and a kettle in the room. The beds were very firm. Too hard for our comfort, but that is an individual preference. The self check took a while, but instructions were good. Wifi info is on the wall by self check in.

this is my first time in a completely personless check-in. It went smooth like others have said the top rooms are very narrow and you could potentially intricate if you're tall so if you're above 6 feet or above, I would request a room that wasn't at the top like I had.. great location , no problems

The room provided for two occupants was notably compact. From a cleanliness standpoint, the standards were satisfactory and average. During our stay in May 2026, room 322 experienced a drainage issue with the washbasin. Our sleep was significantly disrupted by noise disturbances during the night. Specifically, there was consistent movement and packing activity in the room directly above ours, which negatively impacted our rest. Furthermore, it was not disclosed that there is no elevator access from the ground floor to the first floor. Overall, our experience during this stay was unsatisfactory.
