Departure Station in Bogor

The journey from Bogor to Bandung can start from Bogor Station, a large class A train station. Besides being a train station, Bogor Station is a KAI Commuter management station in Jabodetabek. The location is relatively easy to find because it is on the west side of Bogor City Square, facing the Bogor Palace.

Bogor Station is located between Cilebut Station and Terminus for cross-Bogor trains. While based on the KRL line, Bogor Station is between Terminus and Bogor Paledang Station. This station is the terminus station for Commuter Line trips serving the Jabodetabek area.

This station is always crowded with passengers, especially those who live in Bogor but work in Jakarta. Nevertheless, the facilities at this station are complete, with two main buildings side by side. 

The main building functions as the entrance to the station and houses various facilities such as the lobby, administration office, and ticket office. Adjacent to it is another building that overlaps it and contains the platform and train tracks.

To travel from this station to Bandung, you must take the KRL Commuter Line to Cikarang first. Before that, you can use BISKITA-Trans Pakuan, JR Connexion, or city transportation to reach Bogor Station.

1. Bandung Station (BD)

The station, also known as Hall Station, is a large class A train station located in Kebonjeruk. One of Bandung's two main train stations also serves the departure of other transportation. It includes the Whoosh high-speed train in the north, while on the south side, it serves the local Commuter Line. 

2. Kiaracondong Station (KAC)

This station is called Kircon Station, located on the border of Babakansari and Kebonjayanti Villages. To reach Kircon Station, you can use Bandung City Angkot.

Kiaracondong Station is now the easternmost point on the double rail line in the Greater Bandung area. In addition to serving train passenger departures, the station also has services for the Commuter Line.

3. Cimahi Station (CMI)

Cimahi Station is a class II train station in the Bandung Operation Area II. It is in the Cimahi Tengah sub-district adjacent to Dustira Tk—II Hospital. 

The station's architecture is similar to other stations managed by SS, with a neoclassical look and public nature. The southern part of the station will be adapted to the electrification plan of the Bandung Raya cross line, which is still under construction.
