This is my second time staying here and you know if I go back that means it was great the first time. The rooms were great. The breakfast was good but I would prefer different meals each day. Overall my stay was great.

The attached restaurant serves EXCELLENT food and there's a pub also attached but we've never gone in. There is an airport shuttle - operates loosely on the quarter hours. Staff was friendly. Upstairs/hallways VERY noisy with children running up and down - well into the early morning hours (I last looked at the clock at 1 am). They should be discouraged by staff - walk the halls occasionally to ensure noise limits respected.

I spent 4 nights, was told on my second day that they do housekeeping every other day. In the scheduled day, they “forgot” my room needed housekeeping and when I asked at the reception, he said it was too late and that he would leave a note to do first thing the next morning. Third day, I left early, and made sure to confirm at the reception that the room would be cleaned, yet when I returned close to 6:00 pm, it still wasn’t done. I asked at reception, and they seemed to not even know what I was talking about. I told them I need to be referred to the entity in charge to complaints, be it a form or website, and only THEN did they start rushing to attend to my request. Honestly, I often stayed at Quality Inns and Hotels whenever I travelled, but this time was my worst experience ever with them. Maybe it’s specifically the Ambler Dr location? I am not sure..z but management is terrible.

There are TWO quality Inn near YYZ. You need to ask the shuttle bus driver where the bus is going. The shuttle bus took me to the wrong place, and I have to take a uber to the right one.

Airport shuttle was “unavailable” due to requiring a booking, but there was no information about that shared at any point during booking and I had to pay for an uber. Also, the wifi didn’t work and the room was disgusting.

Toilet didn’t work in the first room, hallway smelt like piss and rotten food. In the second room they gave me because of the toilet in the first one, the tv didn’t work and the shower door didn’t close. Also, there were stains on many things, old Cheeto’s under the sofa.

This property was very run down. The rugs in halls were dirty/stain/ripped. The room smelled of weed. The beds were very firm/hard. The sheets were very thin and only two on the bed , no comforter. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up. No bar of soap to wash hands in bathroom.

Decent budget property with nice staff, basic breakfast and good shuttle to airport. Fire alarms in the middle of the night and checking in extremely loud guests at 3:15 am right next to my room were the worst!

When we entered the room, we noticed hairs on the floor, which made the room feel unclean. Also, Checking in we had to wait at the front desk because there was nobody in there. The front desk staff initially directed us to a room, but the key card did not work, so we had to return to the desk to ask what happened. He had written “239,” but it was not clear, and the actual room was 234. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, and unfortunately, there was no apology for the mistake. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

The room was clean but the pillows were a bit lumpy. you may want to invest in some new pillows. The staff was great and breakfast was prefect for my needs. Parking was a bit crowded.
