The pictures are not a great reflection of the actual hotel. This is definitely a hotel where you stay for a night or two but I wouldn’t recommend for a long vacation. The gym is very small-the equipment is not top notch at all. Our bathtub had someone’s hair in it. The base of the toilet was yellow, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was falling off. The beds were clean though. The complimentary breakfast was so-so. The scrambled eggs were burnt and the toasters didn’t work well. There’s also not enough seats and everyone was squished together.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I strongly recommend that no one book this hotel. The biggest concern was safety. The room door had no proper lock, and anyone could access the room from the back. I did not feel safe staying there. Even the bathroom door couldn't be locked, showing a complete lack of basic maintenance. The front desk staff repeatedly lied about sending someone to fix the issues. Every time I asked, I was told that maintenance was on the way, but no one ever showed up. There seemed to be no support staff available at all. To make matters worse, our room was never cleaned after the first night. I requested to be moved to another room because of the security issues, but my request was completely ignored. There was no room service, and I even had to go to the front desk myself just to get clean towels. This hotel clearly does not care about guest safety, cleanliness, or customer service. The lack of security, dishonest responses from the front desk, poor maintenance, and complete absence of basic hospitality made this an awful experience. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

The stuff in front desk are nice and helpful but my last night at this place was terrible cose of my neighbor are so loud and annoying they wake me up at 2:30 am and I couldn’t sleep anymore.

Perfect except laundry.

The hotel offer shuttle to the airport, and the staff at the kitchen was great. But the property itself, I do not recommend it. Front desk was not really helpfull I tried to cancel my returning reservation 2 weeks prior, they absolutely refused. My room 163 was dusty, dead bugs, a burned curtain, and the bathroom sink was not draining. The exit door close to that room cannot close properly, so people can come in and out as they please without a key. Save yourself some trouble, stay somewhere else because there is plenty of other hotels that offer better service for the same price.

Breakfast was good nothing special but I did like that you could get coffee at any time. The rooms were somewhat clean, they were dusty and when we came down for breakfast, the person that was keeping up with refilling everything and also keeping the area clean was using just a napkin to wipe the tables down, nothing to disinfect the tables and chairs,so that was a little disappointing. But the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the first floor of this hotel. And is more like a Motel low class category.

Always our go to when we travel

Beautiful property conveniently located close to YQG Airport. Shuttles ran at a regular intervals making coming/going to the hotel very easy from the airport. Breakfast/Diner restaurants we located close to the hotel

Room was nice and clean, shuttle bus to airport was great. Left to early for the breakfast however they had fresh coffee made.

Shower drain was plugged. Staff were very kind and informative.

Needs some upgrading and maintenance check on room. The laminated floor in our bathroom was peeling off and had some cracks that can cause injury because of the sharp edges.

Misleading advertising re Hotel shuttle - it is on call, not operating at regular intervals like other hotels. On the other hand, I did recognize that the hotel and my room were very clean. I had no issues with the TV, shower and toilet but the elevator was out of service. This hotel is a Motel.

This is small hotel,needs renovation. Staff very friendly, breakfast good. Transfer to the airport. Room not very clean,but clean towels . We found some garbage on the floor from previous customers.
