Old hotel but well maintained, breakfast is quite varied, staff is quite helpful, strategic location.

The hotel staff was nice, very helpful, and friendly. However, it was a shame that the bathroom wasn't very clean and I felt uncomfortable.

The breakfast is delicious, the only downside is that there's not enough lighting at night.

Why are the Service and Facilities columns combined? They're totally different. The service at Puteri Gunung is all good. Except for the facilities, which are because it's an old hotel. It's not suitable for bringing seniors here, because the rooms are a long walk to the restaurant or parking lot (because cars are not allowed in front of the room). I did request a room near the restaurant, but suddenly I needed a room quickly for one reason or another. The FO was very kind and gave me a room that was ready at 1:30 PM, meanwhile, it was a long weekend and check-in and check-out conditions were simultaneous. Thank you, Miss. Thankfully, I got a room earlier, but yes, that's the risk of the room being far away and mediocre (no hot water for showers and no telephone). As a result, if you ask for anything or order food, you have to call using your own cell phone because the WhatsApp number provided is very slow to respond, sometimes not even answered at all. The hot water was only fixed the next day, we deliberately left it for about 3-4 hours but when we came home it wasn't finished and the room hadn't been cleaned either. Our schedule was delayed due to the room issue. We stayed there for two nights, and the staff were all friendly. However, the facilities were very outdated. Breakfast was comprehensive, and the food in the dining room was delicious. That's all.

The hotel is nice, the atmosphere is beautiful and cool, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved.

The best holiday with family. Happy, didn't expect to get one with a bathtub so we could soak in warm water, suitable for the cold weather in Lembang.

First time to this hotel, and it was just right on a long weekend. After arriving at the hotel at 3:30 PM… when I arrived at the reception it was already very crowded for check-in and queue. I saw there were no bellboys around, apparently they were busy escorting guests to their rooms. After I noticed there were only 2 bellboys who could be said to be old (50-60 years maybe)… the room was quite far and there was no transportation to the room. I got a room at the end and honestly the atmosphere was really scary, the hotel had a very old feel… the furniture in the room was very old and old.. the mattress was bad and smelled musty, it was uncomfortable to rest, it felt like I wanted to go early in the morning, the wardrobe was no longer usable.. the swimming pool which was said to have warm water turned out not to exist, guys😂.. for BF the food was not much choice but there was rice and porridge.. the feel of this hotel was really scary the furniture was all no longer usable.. I didn't dare to turn off the lights when I slept because it was that scary.. please add more bellboys, and please replace the furniture that was no longer usable

The rooms are very traditional with a touch of natural beauty. There's only one swimming pool for all the hotel rooms. The surroundings are truly beautiful, perfect for those seeking a return to nature, a green, and refreshing environment.

Staying at Puteri Gunung Hotel with my family was a truly delightful experience. We chose a Superior room, and it was comfortable, clean, and had the cool, Lembang-style atmosphere, perfect for quality time and relaxation. The kids also enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful grounds. What was most satisfying, besides the friendly and helpful service, was the hotel's price, which we found very affordable for such a comfortable setting and facilities. The staff were all kind and made our stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was definitely worth it for a family staycation. We'll definitely be back!

Pluses: Cool air. Diverse food, no need to worry about being hungry in the morning. Lots of trees. Hot water runs smoothly. You can walk around the hotel area, breathe in the cool, fresh air while enjoying the sunshine (great!) Minuses: 1. Cleanliness is poor, even minimal. Pillows are dirty, towels/mats are sometimes dirty. 2. Got a very noisy room with the sound of passing vehicles on the highway (even though I had requested a quiet room away from the highway when booking, huffftt). 3. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow. 4. Limited TV channels (used Indo*ision, which is notorious for its problems - no sound, freezing, etc., especially when it rains). 5. No gym (even though this is a 4-star hotel *cmiiw). Tips: 1. Don't take rooms 116-129 (the noisiest). 2. Many of the roads are downhill/uphill, not suitable for the elderly/disabled/those with walking difficulties.

Got a deluxe room, at an affordable price for the weekend. Upon arrival, the check-in process was fast and the staff was very helpful. When we arrived it was raining and the road to our room was down stairs, but the road was very clean and not slippery. A large umbrella was also provided. Requested 2 rooms and were given side by side. Initially, because the hotel concept is like a pine forest, from the afternoon it felt spooky but until night the atmosphere turned out to be bright, not scary at all. In the morning you can jog downstairs, breathe fresh air, swim, also the children's pool has warm water, there is a nursery garden and a rabbit cage, but I jogged not to the animal cage. The room is spacious, clean, hot water, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator all function optimally. However, the TV is not a smart TV, hopefully next time it can be upgraded to a smart TV. For breakfast, I found it very complete, the food was all delicious, and there is also a very wide selection of drinks. My suggestion is perhaps the outdoor children's playground area would be better moved to the back of the hotel lobby/bale-bale or near the swimming pool so it is easily accessible and not separated from the main building. But overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here and if I go back to Lembang, I will stay here again because my husband and children were also very satisfied with the service. Even when we left, we were asked about our stay, whether there was anything lacking in the service or not. The friendly receptionist was very kind to me, we as guests felt appreciated and special. Even when we wanted to get by car, the staff helped us load our luggage into the car, truly excellent service. Thank you Puteri Gunung Hotel. ♡
