I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

This is my number 1 favorite hotel in Surabaya. The location is perfect, the room really suits me, not too big since I always stay there for my business trip, but it has a nice touch of room that provides me a comfort feeling. The breakfast is always great, not over in terms of variation, but it has everything you want from a breakfast buffet. I already recommend this hotel to many of my colleagues and definitely will come back there soon on my next biz trip.

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent!
