Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Great location, friendly staff, clean and basic room, good quality shampoo etc. Perfect for a short stay or if you need to be able to access downtown easily

Staff at reception kept addressing us by our first name (?!) Any room facing the west side gets the alleyway view, along with the restaurant exhaust from chimney vents below. First room stank of cooking oil, moved to another floor - on the same side - same problem. Day 2 someone must have opened their window for fresh air - the whole floor reeked of cooking! Rooms were small and dark, coffee in room are essentially tea bags, headboard area smelled like garlic. Points for the welcome cookies, housekeeping and the lounge/bar service but otherwise, it'll be another hotel at our next visit. Not worth the steep price and lack of decorum.

I had requested the accessible room because I am in a small powerchair. I was thankful for the safety bar in the bathroom, but the doorway to get in the bathroom was so small that I could not get into it without hitting the door frame or door. The entryway was too narrow and it was hard to get my power chair underneath the sink because there was very little turning radius. There were safety bars in the shower, but they did not provide a shower seat. I stayed at the Delta a few months ago and the Doubletree was much better. The reception staff were exceptional.

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel right in the downtown core of Toronto. The only issue was that we had to park in a lot across the street because the hotel lot was full - but it was only a minor inconvenience.
The warm cookie upon arrival is a nice touch.
